Proud to have participated in the Supply Chain Workshop at Ordnance College Malir Cantonment, facilitated by Center for Executive Education (CEE), IBA, Karachi. This workshop focused on optimizing supply chain operations through Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) strategies.

The hands-on simulation provided valuable insights into demand planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain synchronization, reinforcing real-world application in dynamic logistics environments.

Grateful to IBA Institute of Business Administration Karachi and Ordnance College Malir for this enriching learning experience!

We covered two topics with the delegates of United Energy Pakistan Limited at Mövenpick Hotel Karachi Inventory Forecasting and Warehouse Optimization simulations. Games were part of this event, including:

- Inventory-Forecasting Simulation
- SPARO

SimulationsX arranged a Winning Negotiation Simulation at Avari Towers Karachi with the esteemed LOTTE Chemical Pakistan LTD 's delegates! 🤝✨

Gaining invaluable insights through dynamic scenarios, they honed their negotiation skills and 4 > 16 > 64 Strategies with the help of personal negotiating style then gamified into ZOPA (Zone of Possible Agreement) and BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement) on controlled reality and enhance our negotiation strategies.
