Does National Foods Limited (NFL) go from Pakistan?

Never because it's Pakistani, During the visit, we gained exposure to large-scale operations.

From manual cleaning of bay leaves for advance quality to grinding capacities of 40–50 tons per shift, the scale of operations was eye-opening. A single batch processes approximately 900 kg, contributing to an overall production capacity of nearly 70 tons per day.

We also learned how NFL manages:
- 10–20 days of Finished Goods inventory
- Monthly sales forecasting for the next 18 months
- Demand fluctuations that are strategically adjusted with a 3-month response cycle
- Strong Quality Assurance controls, supplier quality checks, and shelf-life studies to ensure consistency

A key takeaway was understanding how packaging plays a critical role before finished goods, directly impacting shelf life and market readiness.

Hua kuch yun ke SECP kay Capital Market session mein, I was sitting with Sir .96 and Bhai. We casually discussed their upcoming event of , At that moment, I only knew I’d attend the event. bas!

One week later, Bilal Bhai called and said:
“Yaar, is event ki core management tum sambhalo. kay trainees aur tumhari team ko market exposure milega.”

It felt like a opportunity, and I instantly said yes, bhale hi mujhe yaad nahi raha ke exam bhi hai bhai!
But jab mentor (Sir Danial) trust kare, to step back ka sawal hi nahi hota. I immediately looped in my team, especially my backbone Tahir, and said: “Bhai, squad ko le kar pohanchna hoga, I’ll join Later.”

Alhamdulillah, by the time I reached, our TrainingsX (Incubation Center)'s Squad and Bilal Bhai ki guidance ki wajah se everything was running smoothly.

Had the privilege to attend a workshop at GU TECH (Ghazali University School of Technology) on the topic of “Family Business Transition” also discussing the book which is published under IRepository and authored by Rameez Khalid, PhD (IBA, Karachi) and Dr. Arif Rana (LUMS, Lahore)

The discussion shed light on the unique strengths and challenges of family-run enterprises and why they are the backbone of our economy.

Kudos to the authors for their insightful contribution to the fields of business and leadership.

The Sindh Higher Education Commission successfully conducted a one-day training workshop on “Simulation & Gamification as Teaching Methodology” on May 19, 2025, at Salim Habib University, Karachi!
The session introduced faculty members to innovative teaching strategies, focusing on enhancing student engagement and deepening learning through experiential, game- and simulation-based approaches. We were thrilled to see faculty from across the city, especially from the Business Management discipline, participate in hands-on activities, interactive exercises, and real-world applications of game-based learning models.
