Israeli forces demolished Palestinian homes, sheds, sheep pens and water wells in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank on August 18, according to local activists.
The demolitions left several families without housing and damaged vital water and livestock facilities in the area.
It comes a day after Israel demolished a two-story Palestinian home in Qalandiya, northwest of occupied East Jerusalem, displacing two families totalling 15 people over the lack of an Israeli building permit, an excuse Israel has long used to forcibly displace Palestinians and destroy their homes and infrastructure.

Israeli and foreign activists attempting to deliver food and water to a Palestinian home in the occupied West Bank village of Qusra on August 14 were stopped by the Israeli occupation forces. The home has been under siege by illegal Israeli settlers this week, with families saying they are running low on supplies.

Activists left the provisions near the gate after soldiers prevented them from reaching the house.

Ukrainian drones struck a Wildberries warehouse in Russia’s Bashkortostan region on August 13, causing a fire at the industrial facility. The company said no goods were stored at the premises. The attack is the latest in a series of Ukrainian drone strikes on Wildberries warehouses that began on July 18.
Wildberries is Russia’s largest online marketplace and e-commerce company. Founded in 2004, it operates an extensive network of warehouses and distribution centres across Russia and neighbouring countries and is frequently described as Russia’s equivalent of Amazon.
