In a country of 25 crore people in Pakistan,
Only 1 to 2 crore people have proper skills.

Finding the right skilled person is very hard.

This problem is not only in Pakistan.
It’s the same in India, the U.S., and many other countries.

Every successful business or agency is successful because of a good team.
Without the right people, no business can succeed.

Take restaurants as an example.
If the chefs and management are not good,
The restaurant will fail, no matter what.

Marketing comes later.

We know many local dhabas (roadside eateries)
That don’t do any marketing,
Don’t have fancy seating,
But still do very well because they have the right people.

Even people in developed countries face this issue.

One of my clients said:
"I lost a lot of money in my business because I couldn’t make a good team.
Some Pakistani people I hired even cheated me."

An Indian entrepreneur, Ashneer Grover, also said:

Why I Always Recommend Running Ads with a Full Strategy🤑

Many people think that running a quick ad can bring results right away, but I always tell my clients that ads should be part of a long-term strategy.
When you do it right, you will continue to get organic orders even after the ad ends.

↳ The Importance of Followers in Ads

There are two types:.

✅General followers are cheap, but they don’t bring much value. They may not care about your product, and having a random audience doesn’t help your business grow.

✅Targeted followers are the ones interested in your services or products. Getting them means they might buy from you later, especially if they keep seeing your work.

Once you have targeted followers, they are more likely to engage with your page and even buy from you in the future.

Many people skip this step because they think it’s too expensive, but it’s a key part of the process.
Focusing on general followers might be cheaper, but it doesn’t give you real customers.

Real-Life Example

Recently, I started working on a full marketing project for a client.
↳We are still in the phase of getting targeted followers, and the ad has only been running for 3 days.

لوگوں کو اپنے بزنس کی کہانیاں دکھائیں۔۔۔بیک اینڈ (پس پشت) پر کیا گیا کام دکھایا کریں۔۔۔۔ چھوٹے چھوٹے قصے، اپنے بزنس کے سفر کے سنائیں۔۔۔
کیا مشکلات آرہی ہیں، وہ کام کرتے ہوئے، کیا کھویا، کیا پایا، سب بتائیں۔۔۔
لوگوں کو اپنے ساتھ کنیکٹ کرنا سیکھیں۔۔۔

صرف روز کی ایک کاروباری پوسٹ کرنے سے آپکے بزنس گرو نہیں کریں گے۔۔۔
دکان ہے تو اسکی شارٹس اچھے طریقے بنا کر لگائیں۔۔۔کبھی نیا سٹاک آیا ہے تو اسکی پوری کتھا سنائیں کہ کیسے آیا،‌کہاں سے آیا۔۔۔سٹاف کو سامنے لائیں۔۔۔خود سامنے آنا سیکھیں۔۔۔

صرف مارکیٹرز کو پوسٹس پر لگا کر آپ کا کاروبار نہیں چمکنے والا۔۔۔
مارکیٹرز کو بھی چاہیے کہ اپنے کلائنٹس کو یہ سب باتیں بتائیں اور سکھائیں۔۔۔ ان کو پلانرز بنا کر دیں اور ان سے یہ سب فراہم کروائیں۔۔۔

مل‌کر چلیں گے تو لوگ متوجہ ہوں گے، ورنہ کچھ بھی حاصل نہیں ہو گا۔۔۔

چاہے آپ مارکیٹر ہیں یا بزنس‌اونر، اپنے کام کے اندرونی حقائق منظر عام پر لا کر لوگوں کے ساتھ جڑنا سیکھیں۔۔۔
لوگوں کو آپکے ساتھ جڑنا پسند ہے، انکو اپنی پرسنل برانڈنگ سے جوڑ کر رکھیں۔۔۔

پہلا قدم اٹھانے سے پہلے ہی ہار مان لینا۔

اگر پہلا قدم اٹھانے پر ہمیں کامیابی نہ ملی تو پھر ہم سب کچھ چھوڑ کہ بیٹھ جاتے ہیں مایوس ہو جائیں گے
لوگ کیا کہے گئے فلاں نے یہ کاروبار کیا اس میں اتنا زیادہ پیسہ لگایا سب برباد ہو گیا

اس کا بچے کی میٹرک/ایف ایس سی میں فیل ہو گیا اب تو اس کو پڑھانا ہی نہیں ہے فلاں کے بچے نے انجیرنگ کر لی لیکن نوکری نہیں ملی
ان سب باتوں پہ دھیان دینا بند کریں کیا ہوا اگر کاروبار میں فائدہ نہیں ہوا تو کیا زندگی ختم ہوگئی نہیں
ہم نے اپنے تجربات سے بہت سی نئی چیزیں سیکھی

جاپان کے مشہور کاروباری شخصیت سونی کا آغاز کرنے والے مسارو ایبوکا کا ذکر کریں تو مسارو کا بچپن بہت مشکل تھا۔ جنگ عظیم دوم کے دوران وہ جاپان میں ایک چھوٹے سے گاؤں میں رہتے تھے، اور ان کے پاس کوئی بھی جدید وسائل نہیں تھے۔ لیکن اس نے ہار ماننے کی بجائے پہلا قدم اٹھایا۔ انہوں نے چھوٹے پیمانے پر الیکٹرانکس کی چیزیں بنانے کا کام شروع کیا۔ کئی بار ناکامی کا سامنا کیا، لیکن وہ رکنے والے نہیں تھے۔ آج سونی ایک عالمی برانڈ ہے، جس کا آغاز صرف ایک چھوٹے قدم سے ہوا تھا۔

You are a freelancer, but I suggest moving forward and starting strategic freelancing to solve problems your clients may have. A strategy is a plan to address an issue or problem.

Here's a breakdown of the three parts:

1. Diagnosis: Figure out what the problem is.
2. Policy: Decide how you're going to fix it.
3. Actions: Take steps to implement the fix.

Even if it's just for marketing, your strategy still has these three parts.

Sometimes, a strategy can be complex. However, if you remember these three steps, it can be easier to keep everything on track.
