باچا خان بابا نے فرمایا تھا کہ اگر اپ کہ دیکھنا چاہتے ہے کہ ایک قوم یا معاشرہ کتنا مہذب ہے تو اپ اس بات کا اندازہ اس سے لگا سکتے ہے کہ وہ اپنی عورتوں کے ساتھ کیسا سلوک یا رویہ رکھتے ہیں۔
یہاں صاف طاہر ہے کہ بحیثیت قوم کیسے لوگ ہے۔

In this heartfelt video, I raise my voice for the 139 employees recently dismissed from Bacha Khan University, Charsadda. These dedicated individuals served the institution for 12 to 15 years and are now facing immense financial and emotional hardship. Most of them are overage and unable to secure new jobs.

Through this message, I humbly appeal to the Honorable Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Minister for Higher Education KP, and the Vice Chancellor of BKUC to reconsider their cases and reinstate them with dignity. Let us not forget their years of service and loyalty. They deserve justice, not joblessness.

مولانا خان ذیب ایک عالم دین تھے اور تمام عمر امن کی بات کرتے رہے امید تھی کہ اج علما کرام ان کے حق میں دعا بھی کریں گے اور امن کیلئے مسجد سے آواز بھی اٹھائیں گے مگر میں بات رجڑ چارسدہ کی کرو گا یہاں ہمارے مسجد اور آس پاس ایسی کوئی آواز نہیں سنی، جس پر افسوس ہی کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
اگر میں غلط کہ رہا ہوں یا اپ کو میری بات سے اتفاق بہت تو اپ کھل کر اپنی رائے دے سکتے ہیں۔

یہ 139 افراد نہیں بلکہ 139 خاندان ہیں، اس نوٹیفکیشن میں صرف ان کو ملازمت سے نہیں نکالا گیا بلکہ ان 139 خاندانوں سے ان کے آمدن کا وسیلہ چھیننے کی کوشش ہے یہ اور اس عمل کے ذمہ دار چارسدہ کے وہ عوام ہے جو اج بھی اس ظلم کے خلاف نہیں بول رہے بلکہ 804 کی تصویر پر ان کا گزارا ہو رہا ہے۔
بارہ سالوں سے نہ کوئی ترقیاتی کام نہ کوئی نئے ملازمت کے مواقع بس ہر طرف تباہی، ہی تباہی اور ہر تباہی پر عام لوگ ان حکمرانوں کو ڈیفنڈ کرنے کیلئے ہر وقت تیار،
اللہ سے ڈرو اور 804 کی جگہ ان لوگوں کیلئے آواز اٹھاو جن کو اپ کی محبت کی سزا ملی ہے۔
