🍜 Creamy Gochujang Noodles

🍝 Pasta / Noodles
• Boil pasta or noodles of your choice
• I used long macaroni
• Drain & keep aside

🍗 Chicken Marinade
• 250g boneless chicken (cubes)
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Mix & rest for 10 minutes

🍳 Base Cooking
• Heat oil in the pot
• Add 1 tbsp garlic 🧄
• Sauté until fragrant
• Add 1/4th cup diced onions 🧅
• Cook until soft

🍗 Chicken Time
• Add marinated chicken
• Cook until chicken is sealed & tender

🌶 Creamy Gochujang Sauce
• 1 tbsp gochujang paste
• ¼ cup cream
• 1 cup milk 🥛
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes

👉 Mix well & cook on medium flame until creamy

🍜 Final Assembly
• Add boiled noodles/pasta
• Toss everything together
• Cook for 2–3 minutes until well coated

🍅🥔 Roasted Tomato & Potato Healthy Soup
with Authentic Roasted Garlic Bread 🥖✨
✨ Orange & Yellow ceramic bowls & glass cookware used is from BGC Kitchenware .kitchenware

🔥 Oven Roasting (Base + Garlic Bread Garlic)
• 🧄 Take 1 whole garlic bulb
• Cut only the top
• Place on foil
• Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt & black pepper
• Wrap & place in the center of baking dish
• 🍅 Add 5–7 small tomatoes (cut in halves)
• 🥔 Add 2–3 medium potatoes (cut into cubes)
• 🧂 Sprinkle salt, black pepper & olive oil on veggies
• 🔥 Bake at 250°C
• Both rods ON
• Fan & grill ON
• ⏱️ 40–45 minutes
• ⚠️ Remove tomatoes earlier if needed (to avoid burning)
• Peel tomato skins after baking
• Blend:
• 🍅 All tomatoes
• 🥔 Half of the roasted potatoes
• 💧 Little water

🍗 Homemade Chicken Soup Stock

(Cook alongside oven roasting)
(Used BGC Kitchenware stove-safe glass pot – 1.8L 🤍)
• Add to pot:
• 🍗 5–7 bone-in chicken pieces
• 🍗 2–3 boneless chicken pieces
• 🌿 2 cinnamon sticks
• 🌿 1 bay leaf
• 🌿 1 tbsp black peppercorns
• 🌰 1 whole nutmeg
• 🧅 ½ onion (save other half)
• 🧄 4–5 garlic cloves
• 🌱 2–3 small ginger cubes
• 💧 Add water (not full)
• 🔥 Bring to boil on medium
• ⬇️ Simmer on low-medium till roasting finishes
• ❌ Do NOT cover
• 🫧 Remove foam for first 20–30 minutes
• Strain & discard solids

🍲 Soup Assembly
• 🧈 In a pot, add 1 tbsp butter
• 🧅 Add remaining ½ diced onion
• Sauté till translucent
• ➕ Add blended tomato-potato mixture
• ➕ Add chicken stock + ¼ cup water
• Season carefully (salt already added earlier):
• 🧂 Salt to taste
• ⚫ 1 tsp black pepper
• ⚪ 1 tsp white pepper
• 🍋 1 tsp lemon pepper
(or 1–2 tbsp lemon juice)
• 🔥 Cook on low flame, mix well

🧄 Authentic Roasted Garlic Bread
• 🧈 3 tbsp soft (not melted) butter
• 🧄 Squeeze roasted garlic into butter
• Mix well
• Spread generously on French bread 🍞
• 🔥 Toast at 200°C
• Both rods ON
• Fan & grill OFF
• Rack one step above middle
• Until crispy & golden

Shredded Pizza Cheese & Jalapenos by
🥯 Buns Dough
🥛 1 cup warm milk
🍞 11g instant yeast
🍬 2 tbsp powdered white sugar
🧂 2 pinches salt
🥚 2 eggs
🌾 4 cups sieved all-purpose flour
🧈 8 tbsp melted butter

👉 Knead into a soft dough (no extra flour!)
🔒 Cover & let it rise till double in size

🍗 Chicken Marinade
🐔 500g chicken (thin strips)
🧂 1 tsp salt
🍋 1 tbsp vinegar
🥫 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce

⏱️ Marinate for 10–15 mins

🌶️ Mexican Seasoning
🧂 Salt to taste
🍋 2 tsp lemon pepper
🌶️ 1 tbsp paprika
🔥 2 tsp chili powder
🌰 1 tsp cumin powder
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🌿 1 tsp mixed herbs

🍳 Sauté 1 tbsp garlic paste in oil
➕ Add marinated chicken + seasoning
🔥 Cook till chicken is juicy & done

🥯 Assembling the Buns
➗ Divide risen dough into balls
🧀 Fill with Mexican chicken + shredded cheese by
🔒 Seal tightly & place on tray
🥚 Egg wash + sesame seeds

🍗✨ Chicken Tarragon with Sautéed Veggies & Creamy Tarragon Sauce

🍽️ Serving & Plating:

Chicken Marinade 🍗:
• 500g chicken fillets
• 🧂 1 tsp salt
• ⚫ 2 tsp black pepper
• 🌶️ 2 tsp paprika

• Mix well & set aside

🥕🥦 Veggies Prep:
(Carrots, broccoli & beans – cut almost equal size)

Blanching ♨️:
• Add carrots to boiling water → boil 3 mins

• Strain & immediately wash with cold water
Sauté Veggies 🧈:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp oil
• 🧂 ½ tsp salt
• ⚫ ½ tsp black pepper

• 🍋 Drizzle juice of ½ lemon slice
• Toss & set aside

🔥 Searing the Chicken:
• In same pan add:
• 🧈 2 tbsp butter
• 🫒 1–2 tsp oil
• Sear chicken on medium flame
• Don’t flip too much
• Cook 1 side for at least 4 mins, then flip
• Let chicken rest after cooking

🤍 Creamy Tarragon Sauce:
• 🧈 1 tbsp butter
• 🫒 2 tsp oil
• 🧄 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 🥛 500 ml milk
• 🥛 100 g cream
• 🧂 ½ tsp salt
• ⚫ 1 tsp black pepper
• 🌿 2 tsp tarragon leaves
• Cook on low flame till smooth & creamy

🍗✨ Tandoori Chicken Stuffed Buns (Soft & Fluffy)
Bestttt rising yeast
Buns 🥯:
• 1 cup warm milk
• 11g instant yeast by
• 2 tbsp powdered white sugar
• 2 pinches of salt
• 2 eggs
• 4 cups sieved all-purpose flour
• 8 tbsp melted butter
• 🥄 Knead into a soft dough (do not sprinkle extra flour)
• 🔒 Cover and let it rise until doubled in size

Homemade Tandoori Masala 🌶️:
• Dry roast the following spices → grind to a fine, moisture-free powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp Black zeera
1 tsp black peppercorns
5-6 cloves
1 tsp cinnamon powder
5-6 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tap amchur powder
1/2 tsp salt

Chicken Filling 🍗:
• 1 tbsp fresh garlic paste → sauté
• Add boneless chicken
• 2–3 tbsp tandoori masala (adjust as per taste) + salt
• Cook chicken fully
• Add ¼ cup cream + ¼ cup milk → make a smooth, creamy mixture

Assembling Buns 🥯🍗🧀:
• Shape risen dough into balls
• Stuff with chicken + shredded pizza cheese
• Seal buns properly
• Place on baking tray
• Brush with egg wash
• Sprinkle sesame seeds or black sesame seeds
• Let rise again for 15–20 mins (keep covered)

Oven Settings 🔥:
• Preheat: 150°C, lower rod only, fan & grill off, rack one step above middle → 10 mins
• Bake at same temp
• ⚠️ Use white ceramic, glass, or light-colored tray (avoid black trays to prevent burning)

Tips ✅:
• Dough must be soft & elastic, no extra flour
• Chicken filling should be creamy but not runny
• Egg wash + sesame seeds give a golden, glossy finish

🍫 The Thickest & Creamiest Hot Chocolate Ever!

🥣 Ingredients & Prep
• 🥛 500 ml milk → bring it close to a boil
• 🍫 120g dark compound chocolate (I used Tauren)
• 🍬 2 tbsp powdered white sugar
• 🍫 1 tbsp good-quality cocoa powder
• 🥛 1 tbsp dairy cream
• 🍦 Fresh whipped cream for topping



👩‍🍳 Method
• ➤ Heat your milk until it’s almost boiling
• ➤ Add the dark chocolate and whisk until fully melted
• ➤ Add sugar, cocoa powder & cream
• ➤ Cook on low flame until your hot chocolate becomes super thick & silky (not too thick, not too runny)
• ➤ Whip some fresh cream for topping

• Make sure your mozzarella block is fully defrosted ❄️➡️🧀
• Cut 1-inch thick sticks (as shown in the video)
• Keep them in the fridge overnight so they stay firm for coating. Store rest of the block in freezer.

🥚 COATING TIME

Coating = the MOST important part! 😭🔥
• First coat → All-purpose flour (maida)
• Second → Whisked egg
• Third → All-purpose flour again
• Fourth → Egg
• Final coat → PANKO breadcrumbs (not normal breadcrumbs!) ✨

Using 1 kg chicken boneless, here are two amazing flavour combos you can freeze for a whole month!

🟣 1) Garlicky Chicken Kebabs (500g batch)
In a food processor add:
🧄 500g boneless chicken
🌿 1 fistful fresh coriander
🫑 1 large capsicum
🌶️ 2–3 green chillies
🥚 1 egg
🍞 2 bread slices
🫒 3–4 tbsp olive oil (or 2–3 tbsp desi ghee/cooking oil)

Spices
🧂 Salt to taste
⚫ 1 tsp black pepper
🌶️ 2 tsp paprika
🔥 2 tsp red chilli flakes
🍗 1 tsp tikka masala
🌿 1 tsp coriander powder
🧄 2 tsp Aijaz Garlic Pickle

Blend until smooth

🟡 2) Mango Pickle Chicken Kebabs (500g batch)
Into the processor add:
🐔 500g chicken
🌿 1 fistful coriander
🥚 1 egg
🍞 2 bread slices
🫒 3–4 tbsp olive oil (or ghee/cooking oil)

Spices
🧂 Salt to taste

🔥 2 tsp red chilli flakes

Blend well until smooth.
🧊 Marinate & Freeze

• Add salt to taste + these spices

2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp peri peri sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp mixed herbs
• Cook until chicken is fully done.
• Set aside.
🧑‍🍳 Assembling the Pizza
• Oil your .kitchenware pizza pan.
• Once dough doubles, divide into 2 balls.
• Rest the balls for 10–15 minutes.
• Spread 1 dough ball evenly on the pizza pan.
• Add pizza sauce + chicken peri-peri.
• Add toppings:
• Jalapeños
• Olives
• Capsicum
• Onions
• Mixed herbs
• Finish with defrosted shredded pizza cheese (generously 😌).

🔥 Oven Settings (Very Important!)
Preheat:
• 200°C
• Both rods ON
• Fan OFF
• Grill OFF
• Middle rack
• Preheat for 10 minutes

Bake:
• Same settings: 200°C
• Bake for 20–25 minutes
• (Check your oven — timings vary)

Then when the base is brown in color
• Switch to upper rod only for 3–5 minutes
• Until the top is perfectly melted + golden 🤤
