ایٹمی حملے کی صورت میں فوری حفاظتی اقدامات — ہر پاکستانی کو یہ باتیں یاد ہونی چاہئیں

🌟 پہلا کام:
جیسے ہی ایٹمی حملے کا پتہ چلے یا روشنی نظر آئے:
• فوراً زمین پر لیٹ جاؤ
• روشنی ہرگز نہ دیکھو، آنکھیں بند رکھو
• چہرے کا رخ دوسری طرف موڑ لو
• آنکھوں پر ہاتھ رکھو یا کپڑے سے منہ ڈھانپ لو

🌪 دوسرا کام:
• چند لمحوں میں ایک خوفناک ہوا کی لہر آئے گی
• کسی دیوار یا کھڈے کے پیچھے چھپ جاؤ
• لیٹ کر سر کو ڈھانپ لو (بیگ یا ہاتھوں سے)
• کھڑکیوں سے دور رہو تاکہ شیشے زخمی نہ کریں

🏠 تیسرا کام:
• فوراً کسی مضبوط عمارت یا تہہ خانے میں داخل ہو جاؤ
• دروازے، کھڑکیاں، ہوا کے راستے بند کرو
• کپڑا، پلاسٹک یا ٹیپ استعمال کر کے ہر سوراخ بند کرو

🕒 چوتھا کام:
• کم از کم 24 گھنٹے (بہتر ہے 72 گھنٹے) اندر رہو
• باہر کی ہوا زہریلی اور ریڈی ایشن زدہ ہو سکتی ہے
• جب تک کسی ماہر ادارے کی طرف سے اجازت نہ ملے، باہر نہ نکلو

🧼 پانچواں کام:
• اگر باہر تھے تو فوراً کپڑے اتار کر پلاسٹک بیگ میں بند کرو
• ٹھنڈے پانی اور صابن سے نہاؤ، مگر رگڑنا نہیں
• نرمی سے دھونا ہے تاکہ جلد محفوظ رہے

🎒 ایمرجنسی بیگ میں شامل چیزیں:
• پینے کا پانی
• خشک خوراک (بسکٹ، خشک میوہ جات)
• دوا (درد، بخار، زخم کی)
• چارجر پاور بینک
• نقدی
• قرآن پاک (چھوٹا سائز)
• ماسک اور ہاتھ دھونے کا صابن یا سینیٹائزر

🚱 نوٹ: نلکے یا دودھ کا پانی تبھی استعمال کریں جب یقین ہو کہ وہ محفوظ ہے۔
