USAID to increase assistance to Armenia to $250 million.

سینیگال میں تارکین وطن کی کشتی ڈوبنے سے 26 افراد ہلاک، متعدد لاپتا۔

یاد رہے کہ لاپتا افراد کی تلاش کیلئے ریسکیو آپریشن جاری ہے۔

سینیگال(انٹرنیشنل ڈیسک)گلوبل ٹائمز میڈیا یورپ کے مطابق سینیگال میں تارکین وطن کی کشتی ڈوبنے سے 26 افراد ہلاک اورکشتی پر سوار متعدد افراد لاپتا ہوگئے۔غیر ملکی میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق حادثے کا شکار ہونے والی کشتی سینیگال کے دارالحکومت سے 80 کلومیٹر دور ایمبور شہر سے 100 سے زائد مسافروں کو لیکر روانہ ہوئی تاہم صرف 4 کلومیٹر آگے جاکر ڈوب گئی۔رپورٹ کے مطابق مچھلی کے شکار کیلئے استعمال ہونے والی کشتی تارکین وطن کو اسپین کے کینری جزیرے کی طرف روانہ ہوئی تھی، کشتی پر سوار مسافروں میں اکثریت نوجوانوں کی تھی جو بہتر مستقبل کی تلاش میں غیرقانونی طریقے سے اسپین میں داخل ہونے کے خواہشمند تھے۔حکام کے مطابق کشتی پر سوار 100 افراد میں سے 26 ہلاک ہوگئے ہیں، جبکہ 4 افراد کو بچا لیا گیا ہے، لاپتا افراد کی تلاش کیلئے ریسکیو آپریشن جاری ہے۔

Sweden appoints Maria Malmer Stenergard as foreign minister.

According to global times news agency Europe,Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson named Maria Malmer Stenergard as new foreign minister on Tuesday, replacing Tobias Billstrom who announced last week that he would step down, The global times Europe media informs.Stenergard, 43, is a member of Kristersson's ruling conservative Moderate Party and comes from the job of migration minister.The new minister faces important diplomatic tasks in upholding Sweden's support for Ukraine and playing a part in improving the security situation in the Middle East, Billstrom said in his September 4 letter announcing he would step down.His resignation after less than two years on the job came as a surprise just six months after he helped secure traditionally non-aligned Sweden's accession to the NATO military alliance.The 50-year-old said he had considered for some time to step down, and that he would now leave politics.

بنوں(نمائندہ خصوصی)گلوبل ٹائمز میڈیا یورپ کے مطابق بنوں میں سرکاری اراضی پر مبینہ قبضے کے کیس میں اسپیشل جج سینٹرل 2 اسلام آباد ہمایوں دلاورکے وارنٹ جاری کردیے گئے۔جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ عدالت بنوں میں ہمایوں دلاورسمیت 4 ملزمان کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کرنے کیلئے درخواست دائر کی گئی۔کیس کے تفتیشی افسر اور پراسیکیوشن افسر ریکارڈ سمیت عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔جوڈیشل مجسٹریٹ محبوب الحسن نے ہمایوں دلاور سمیت 4 ملزمان کے وارنٹ گرفتاری کے احکامات جاری کردیے۔ عدالت نے حکم دیاکہ ملزمان کی گرفتاری اور عدالت میں پیش ہونے تک وارنٹ مؤثر رہے گا۔پولیس کے مطابق جج ہمایوں دلاور کے بھائی، والد اور رجسٹرار کے بھی وارنٹ جاری ہوئے ہیں۔اس حوالے سے وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کے معاون خصوصی برائے اینٹی کرپشن مصدق عباسی کا کہناتھاکہ 39 کنال کی سرکاری اراضی پر قبضہ کرنے پر اسپیشل جج ایف آئی اے اسلام آباد کورٹ ہمایوں دلاور، ان کے والد، بھائی اور چچا کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کی گئی ہے کیونکہ انہوں نے بنوں میں ڈیڑھ ارب کی مالیت کی سرکاری اراضی پر قبضہ کر رکھا ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ملزمان نے جعلی اندراج کے ذریعے زمین اپنے نام کر کے نجی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی میں شامل کی جس سے حکومت کو کڑوروں روپے کا نقصان ہوا ہےانہوں نے الزام عائد کیا کہ اینٹی کرپشن نے عدالت سے وارنٹ گرفتاری حاصل کرلیے، جج ہمایوں دلاور ہاوسنگ سوسائٹی کے چیف ایگزیکٹو ہیں۔خیال رہے کہ اسلام آباد کی عدالت کے جج ہمایوں دلاور نے 5 اگست 2023 کو توشہ خانہ کیس میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے بانی عمران خان کو قید اور جرمانے کی سزا سنائی تھی۔بعدازاں اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے توشہ خانہ کیس میں عمران خان کی سزا معطل کردی تھی اور ضمانت پر رہائی کا حکم دیا تھا۔

سوئس عدالت نے 24 مئی 2023 کو اپنے فیصلے میں پروفیسر طارق رمضان کو ریپ کے مقدمے میں باعزت بری کردیا تھا۔

جنیوا(انٹرنیشنل ڈیسک)گلوبل ٹائمز میڈیا یورپ کے مطابق سوئٹزرلینڈ کی عدالت نے خاتون سے زیادتی کے الزام میں معروف اسلامی اسکالر اور آکسفورڈ یونیورسٹی کے سابق مسلمان پروفیسر طارق رمضان کی بریت کا فیصلہ کالعدم کردیا۔غیر ملکی خبر ایجنسی کے مطابق سوئس اپیل کورٹ نے سوئس شہری اور معروف اسلامی اسکالر پروفیسر طارق رمضان کی بریت کا فیصلہ منسوخ کیا۔ایک سوئس عدالت نے 24 مئی 2023 کو اپنے فیصلے میں پروفیسر طارق رمضان کو ریپ کے مقدمے میں باعزت بری کردیا تھا۔عدالت نے پروفیسر طارق رمضان کو عدم ثبوت کی بنا پر ریپ کے الزامات سے بری کرتے ہوئے جھوٹے الزامات لگانے اور ہرجانےکی مد میں انہیں 1 لاکھ 67 ہزار ڈالرز جرمانہ ادا کیے جانے کا بھی حکم دیا تھا۔58 سالہ خاتون درخواست گزار نے 62 سالہ پروفیسر طارق رمضان پر الزام عائد کیا تھا کہ انہوں نے 2008 میں جنیوا کے ایک ہوٹل میں انہیں ریپ کا نشانہ بنایا تھا۔خاتون کی جانب سے لگائے گئے الزامات کی طارق رمضان تردید کر چکے ہیں۔خبر ایجنسی کا کہنا ہےکہ پروفیسر طارق رمضان اس فیصلے کے خلاف سوئس وفاقی عدالت میں اپیل کر سکتے ہیں۔خیال رہے کہ پروفیسر طارق رمضان مصر کی مذہبی سیاسی جماعت اخوان المسلمون کے بانی حسن البنا کے نواسے ہیں۔پروفیسر طارق رمضان کو 2004 میں ٹائم میگزین کے دنیا کے 100 سب سے زیادہ بااثر لوگوں میں سے ایک قرار دیا گیا تھا۔ وہ سینٹ انتھونی کالج آکسفورڈ میں اسلامیات کے پروفیسر بھی رہ چکے ہیں۔
