Stepping into the role of Supervisor Trainer for the High Performance Students Track at Bano Qabil has been a significant milestone in my journey.

This program is not just another training phase — it’s designed to separate real job-ready individuals from those who still need structured growth and direction. A practical, no-excuses evaluation of skills that actually matter in the industry.

Currently, I’m actively assessing students from the Rawalpindi Division, including:
• Main Campus
• Cantt Campus
• Taxila Campus
• Wah Campus
• Kallar Syedan

What stands out is simple:
Talent is common, but discipline, consistency, and ex*****on under pressure are rare.

Grateful to be part of an initiative like Bano Qabil that is focused on creating real opportunities, not just certificates.

And above all, thankful to Allah for the opportunity to contribute at this level.

To all students going through this phase:
This is not about labels. It’s about proving — to yourself — that you can deliver when it actually counts.

"You didn’t just teach software—you taught us how to see, imagine, and create with purpose."

This feedback from my student, 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗶𝘇 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱, gets to the heart of why I teach. Graphic Design is about much more than knowing which buttons to click in Photoshop; it’s about a new way of looking at the world and solving problems through design.

There is no greater professional satisfaction than seeing a student transition from learning tools to mastering the art of 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.
Watching my students at 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗤𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 develop their own unique creative voices is why I do what I do. My goal is always to provide a foundation that combines technical mastery with 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 helping students not just "use software," but truly understand how to 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆.

It’s been a privilege to mentor you over these past three months. I look forward to seeing the impact you make in the industry!

Most people don’t have a skill problem.
They have a 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺
Every week I meet talented designers, editors, and creatives who are stuck. Not because they’re bad — but because they’re scattered.

Here’s what actually works in the real world:
𝟭. 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗲
Stop saying “I do everything.”
Clients don’t trust generalists — they hire 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀.
Example: instead of “graphic designer,” say 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 or 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿.
𝟮. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 - 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁
Nobody cares how creative you are.
They care: “Can this person solve MY problem?”
Show results, not just designs.

𝟯. 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
If you’re posting and hoping clients come - you’ll stay broke.
Send 20–30 targeted messages daily.
Yes, it’s uncomfortable. That’s why most people don’t do it.

4. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 > 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹
You can be average and still win if you:
* Reply fast
* Understand the brief
* Deliver on time

This alone puts you ahead of 80% of freelancers.

𝟱. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲
No secret hack.
Just doing the right things daily when others quit.

If you’re serious about building a career in creative field, stop overthinking and start executing.
Follow for practical, no-BS insights on:
• Client hunting
• Positioning
• Real freelance growth

Let’s build something that actually pays.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

After reviewing and working with CVs across creative and corporate roles, here’s what I see people still adding — and it’s costing them interviews.

𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗩:

• School / college details once you’re experienced
• Long hobby explanations (irrelevant = useless)
• Unprofessional email addresses
• Walls of text — recruiters skim, not read
• Irrelevant jobs and outdated skills
• Personal details like DOB, religion, marital status
• CNIC / ID numbers (this is not required)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:

✔ Clear contact information
✔ Measurable KPIs and results
✔ Achievements, not responsibilities
✔ Clean, minimal layout
✔ Keywords recruiters search for
✔ Your value — what problem you solve

A CV is not your life story.
It’s 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

If it doesn’t communicate value in 10 seconds, it fails.

If you want, next I can post:
• A CV checklist for creatives
• Real CV mistakes I see in Pakistan vs international hiring
• How to turn skills into measurable results

"𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗶 𝘁𝗼𝗵, 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗸𝗮 𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗮!" 😅

Babu Bhaiya logic:
“Arre bhai, soch re… tumhare paas sabse badiya product hai, sabse mast service hai, par ek bhi aadmi ko pata nahi!
Log kaise kharidenge? Kaise trust karenge?
Business chalana hai re baba, na ki bas chhupke drama karna!

Logo ko dikhana padega, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 karna padega, 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 par dikhna padega — warna sab mehnat bekaar, profit 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 hai re baba!” 💸

💡 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗽: A great product alone doesn’t sell itself. Visibility, trust, and consistent promotion are what turn ideas into revenue.

🚫 Stop Overcomplicating Content.
Here’s How Brands Can Win in 2026 (Without Burning Budget).

Most brands don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because of bad ex*****on.

After 12+ years in media production, editing, and creative direction, here are the 5 honest tips every business needs if they want content that actually performs:

1. 🎥 Your visuals are weak.
Bad lighting, poor framing, and inconsistent color grading kill brand authority instantly. Invest in clean, consistent visuals—even basic gear used correctly beats expensive gear used badly.

2. 🧠 Your message lacks clarity.
If your audience can’t understand what you offer in 3 seconds, you’ve lost them. Cut the fluff. Say what you do. Say why it matters.

3. ✂️ Your editing is outdated.
2026 content consumption is ruthless. Fast cuts, clean motion graphics, and platform-native pacing are no longer optional. Modern editing = modern brand perception.

4. 📌 You’re posting without strategy.
Content without a hook, narrative, and CTA is noise.
Every piece should answer:
✅ Who am I speaking to?
✅ What problem does this solve?
✅ Why should they care?

5. 🔄 You’re inconsistent.
Posting once a month and expecting growth is a fantasy.
Sustainable brands win by documenting—not waiting for perfect moments. If you want your content to look premium, feel strategic, and create real business impact, ex*****on matters more than ideas.

This is what I help brands achieve daily—clean production, sharp editing, and content that actually moves the needle.

If this helped, follow me for more creative strategy, production insights, and real-world content ex*****on tips.
