کیا ہم نے تمہارا سینہ کشادہ نہیں کیا؟
اور تم پر سے بوجھ نہیں اتار دیا،
جو تمہاری پیٹھ توڑ رہا تھا؟
اور تمہارا ذکر بلند نہیں کیا؟
پس بے شک ہر مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے،
بے شک، ہر مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے۔
پس جب تم فارغ ہو جاؤ، تو عبادت میں محنت کرو،
اور اپنے رب کی طرف دل لگا کر طلب کرو۔

1. قسم ہے دن کی روشنی کی،
2. اور رات کی جب وہ چھا جائے،
3. (اے نبی) آپ کے رب نے نہ آپ کو چھوڑا اور نہ ہی آپ سے ناراض ہوا،
4. اور بے شک آخرت آپ کے لئے دنیا سے بہتر ہے،
5. اور عنقریب آپ کا رب آپ کو اتنا عطا کرے گا کہ آپ راضی ہو جائیں گے۔
