موضوع: نیو مسلم غلام مصطفیٰ کی مبینہ پولیس تشدد کے بعد ہلاکت کی شفاف، غیر جانبدارانہ انکوائری اور ذمہ دار اہلکاروں کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کی درخواست۔
جنابِ عالی!
باادب گزارش ہے کہ ہمیں انتہائی افسوس کے ساتھ اطلاع ملی ہے کہ ضلع عمرکوٹ کے پولیس اسٹیشن ٹالھی کے اہلکاروں نے مبینہ طور پر تین سال قبل قادیانی نظریہ ترک کرکے اسلام قبول کرنے والے نیو مسلم غلام مصطفیٰ کو زخمی حالت میں ابتدائی صحت سہولت مرکز ٹالھی پہنچایا اور وہاں چھوڑ کر چلے گئے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق وہ شدید زخمی تھے اور زخموں کی تکلیف برداشت نہ کر سکے، جس کے باعث ان کا انتقال ہو گیا۔ مزید یہ بھی بتایا جا رہا ہے کہ ہیلتھ سینٹر کے عملے نے اس حوالے سے ویڈیو بھی بنائی ہے، جو واقعے کی تحقیقات میں اہم ثبوت ثابت ہو سکتی ہے۔
اگر یہ تمام حقائق درست ہیں تو یہ ایک نہایت سنگین اور تشویشناک معاملہ ہے، جس کی شفاف اور غیر جانبدارانہ تحقیقات ناگزیر ہیں تاکہ حقائق قوم کے سامنے آئیں اور کسی بے گناہ کے ساتھ ناانصافی نہ ہو۔
لہٰذا آپ سے مؤدبانہ درخواست ہے کہ:
اس واقعے کی اعلیٰ سطحی، شفاف اور غیر جانبدارانہ انکوائری کروائی جائے۔
ہیلتھ سینٹر میں موجود ویڈیو، میڈیکل ریکارڈ اور دیگر شواہد کو فوری طور پر محفوظ کیا جائے۔
تمام متعلقہ پولیس اہلکاروں اور گواہوں کے بیانات ریکارڈ کیے جائیں۔
اگر تحقیقات میں کسی اہلکار کی غفلت یا غیر قانونی عمل ثابت ہو تو اس کے خلاف بلاامتیاز قانونی کارروائی کی جائے۔
لواحقین کو انصاف فراہم کیا جائے اور عوام کو تحقیقات کے نتائج سے آگاہ کیا جائے۔
ہمیں امید ہے کہ آپ انصاف کے تقاضوں کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے اس حساس معاملے میں فوری اور مؤثر اقدامات کریں گے تاکہ قانون کی بالادستی برقرار رہے اور عوام کا اعتماد مضبوط ہو۔
