A client recently asked me:
“Can you make this in two days?”
It’s a fair question.
From the outside, a Shopify website looks like selecting a theme, uploading products, and clicking Publish.
But behind every high-converting ecommerce store is an entire process.
Before we design anything, we work on brand positioning, customer psychology, CRO strategy, and information architecture.
Then comes the real work — homepage strategy, product page structure, navigation, collections, mobile UX, copywriting.
Only after that does development begin. Because beautiful code on the wrong strategy is still the wrong website.
And in 2026, it doesn’t stop there. Stores now need AI-ready product structure, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), search visibility beyond Google, and agentic commerce readiness.
Then we optimize: bundles, subscriptions, upsells, reviews, speed, analytics, email flows, AI assistants.
That’s why brands like Dower & Hall, HUM Nutrition, Slip, and Doré & Rose weren’t built in two days. They were built through strategy, iteration, testing, and refinement.
A Shopify store isn’t a page.
It’s a sales system.
