I am the program coordinator at Lincoln Corners Pakistan, a project by the U.S. Here, I promote cultural exchange and educational collaboration.

I’ve worked as a School Coordinator with Charter for Compassion Pakistan in a USAID-constructed EMO School and as a Master Trainer for Financial Literacy in the State Bank of Pakistan’s NFLP-Y Project.

✨ My Journey into - The First Step of Healing ✨

As I walked into the first NLP - Hypnosis Practitioner Certification class, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Excitement mingled with curiosity; somewhere deep down, I hoped this journey would help me better understand myself. Little did I know I was about to take the first step toward profound personal growth.

The lesson that stood out to me the most was simple yet transformative:
"The first step of healing is awareness."

These words struck a chord in me. How often do we ignore our emotions or bury them under the weight of daily life? This class taught me to pause, acknowledge, and truly process my emotions—a practice I’m determined to embrace moving forward.

But the real eye-opener? The concept of Effect vs. Cause in NLP:
Effect: When we blame others or circumstances for how we feel or what happens to us.
Cause: When we take responsibility for our emotions, actions, and outcomes.

I sat there quietly reflecting and realized how often I’ve been at effect—blaming situations or people when things didn’t go my way. But what if I chose to live at cause instead? What if I took control and owned my experiences? This shift in perspective is already making me more mindful of my reactions.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Yousif Mangi and Konnecting Dots for creating such a safe and inspiring space to learn. This is just the beginning of a journey I’m so excited to share with you all. Each class will bring new insights and lessons, and I can’t wait to reflect and grow through this incredible experience. Stay tuned as I take you along on this journey!

🌟 A New Chapter for the Conversation Club at LC PACC! 🌟

Today was a special day for me. After joining the team, I had the privilege of restarting the Conversation Club at Lincoln Corner PACC. I’ve been eagerly looking forward to it, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all my expectations!

We had about 25 students in the room, all brimming with enthusiasm and ready to dive into the first session on a topic that I’m passionate about:
“Fluency in English vs. Intellectualism: Does One Define the Other?”

I watched in awe as the students began sharing their ideas. It was fascinating to hear how fluency in a language is often perceived as a marker of intelligence, but the real magic happened when they started discussing how intelligence isn’t just about the words we speak—it’s about the ideas we share, the perspectives we bring, and the creativity we offer.

The energy was incredible! 🌱 The students weren’t just participants—they were thinkers, challengers, and collaborators, engaging in thought-provoking conversations that stretched beyond language and touched on personal experiences and cultural differences.

This is exactly why I believe Conversation Clubs are so important:
💬 They create a space for open dialogue.
🌍 They allow us to learn from each other and grow together.
🎤 They provide an opportunity to practice and improve our communication skills in a comfortable setting.

I’m beyond excited to see this group of talented, motivated young people continue to come together every Thursday. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of working with the talented students of the English Language Program Batch-II at Lincoln Corner Khairpur. Watching these young professionals take steps to transform their future was incredibly fulfilling. Our session focused on , showing them how to build a professional presence that showcases their skills and opens up opportunities for jobs and freelancing. 🌐

For many, LinkedIn was new territory, but by the end, they felt confident about using it to create a digital portfolio that aligns with their career goals. I am incredibly honored to have been recognized as one of the "100 Young Rising Influencers of Pakistan" at the Creative Leadership Conference organized by Volunteer Force Pakistan in Islamabad. From the moment I was welcomed with a bouquet of flowers by the amazing VFP team to the moment I stood on stage to receive the award—it was a truly unforgettable experience.

The warmth, appreciation, and recognition I felt during the award ceremony filled me with immense pride. But more than that, it inspired me to double down on my mission of empowering youth, fostering skill development, and building stronger communities.

This recognition is not just an award; it's a reminder of the responsibility we all carry to give back to our communities and create positive change. ✨ Why Attending Conferences Like the Creative Leadership Conference is Crucial for Personal & Professional Growth ✨

This past week, I had the privilege of attending the Creative Leadership Conference organized by Volunteer Force Pakistan in Islamabad at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU). It was more than just an event—it was an incredible platform for growth, networking, and inspiration.

In today’s fast-paced world, networking is one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional development. At CLC, I connected with professionals from diverse backgrounds—academia, industries, startups, and more. These interactions provided a fresh perspective and sparked ideas that otherwise might have remained dormant.

One of the highlights was meeting Allyson Reneau, a U.S. Senator at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), International Space Consultant, and an inspiring entrepreneur and Olympic gymnastics coach (all while being a mother to 11!). Her story showed me the power of resilience and balancing multiple roles while pursuing excellence.

I also had the chance to learn from Mr. Sipehre Irfan Shamsi, a seasoned Financial Management Professional and CEO of GoPay. His insights on financial independence and business strategy were invaluable, especially for someone passionate about skill development and empowering youth like myself.

Events like these are game-changers. They don’t just provide knowledge—they offer real opportunities to engage with people you’d never meet in your daily routine, share ideas, and collaborate on new ventures. They push you to think beyond your comfort zone and unlock new opportunities, whether it’s startup pitching, financial independence, or simply learning from the experiences of others.
