In the case of the Kar-saz accident, a settlement has been reached between the parties. According to media reports, a compensation agreement of 55 million rupees has been made between Natasha Danish and the heirs of the deceased father and daughter. The settlement was reached in accordance with Shariah law.
A sworn statement has been prepared by the heirs of the deceased Imran Arif and Amina Arif, which will be presented during the hearing of the accused's bail application today.
The heirs stated in the affidavit that they have forgiven the accused in the name of Allah, who is the Most Gracious and the Most Merciful. They have no objection to granting bail to the accused and acknowledged that the accident was not deliberate. The affidavit affirms that everything stated is true and correct.
