One of the reason I transformed to the Real Estate Industry (Relocation Marketing specifically) is because you cannot fake the b rolls using AI. You have to show the real places, real experiences, real infographics backed by real sources.

Having said that, I use AI to transform low resolution b rolls to 4K, slow down a 24fps shot, stabilize a footage, transform factual data to infographics, and so on. Nothing substantial is added unless a shot of an empty land needs to be filled with a prospective neighborhood, malls, amenity center, clubs, etc. Creating home staging shot.

The era of using simple automated tools to make basic videos with robotic voices and repetitive stock footage is ending. YouTube's new rules strongly favor real, high quality videos made with human effort.
