Important notice: Introducing Tramp Cards for Cashless Travel
Dear Students,
We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you about an important update regarding your travel on trams and buses within our city. To ensure a more convenient and efficient travel experience, we are introducing the Tramp Card, also known as the Tulpar Card, as the exclusive mode of payment for public transportation.
All trams and buses will no longer accept cash payments. Instead, you will need to use the Tramp Card for your fare.
Here's what you need to know about the Tramp Card:
1. How to Obtain the Tramp Card: You can obtain the transport card in Kyrgyz Post branches, offices and sales points of mobile telecom operators, in chain stores, retail stores near bus stops, as well as from bus and trolleybus drivers.
2. Recharging Your Card: To add credit to your Tramp Card, you can use the following methods:
- At designated terminals.
- Through MBANK or OPTIMA Online banking services.
- Via Elsom.
- Using balance.kg services.
- Through O Dengi.
3. Using Your Tramp Card: Simply swipe or tap your Tramp Card on the card reader when you board trams or buses. The fare will be automatically deducted from your card balance.
We understand that this change may require some adjustment, but it's a step toward a more efficient and cashless public transportation system. It will also contribute to faster boarding times and a smoother travel experience for all passengers.
Please make sure to obtain your Tramp Card to avoid any inconvenience while traveling.
Thank you for your cooperation as we work to improve our public transportation system for everyone's benefit.
Safe travels!
Thank you.
