Interim bail granted to Imran Khan in terrorism case

Babar Awan, responding to the court remarks, said that 4 more clauses have been added in the case against Imran Khan, 506, 504, 186 and 188 clauses have been added in the terrorism case. He requested the honorable court to grant Imran Khan's bail in these provisions as well.

On the judge's remarks, the plaintiff's lawyer Babar Awan said that the court should give time till 12 o'clock today to produce Imran Khan. If anything happens to the client, the IG and DIG operations will be responsible.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan was granted interim bail till September 1 by the Anti-Terrorism Court. The former prime minister had approached the Islamabad High Court on Monday for bail in the said case.

Tight security
Tight security arrangements have been made around the judicial complex on the occasion of Imran Khan's expected appearance, while male and female police, FC and Rangers personnel have also been deployed.
