The Beginning of an Entrepreneurial Mindset of Aziz
Aziz Ur Rehman is an award-winning freelancer and the founder and CEO of Supreem Studio, but achieving this success was never easy for a young, ambitious kid.
His journey began in his matric days when he was obsessed with his phone, especially scrolling through Facebook. He never wanted to play games on his phone, but he was eager to learn about technology and the internet.
Aziz never knew his curiosity would open a treasure trove of opportunities for him. Using Facebook, he learned how to manage and grow pages and groups. Soon, he started offering social media marketing services and making money online in 2015.
At the same time, he enrolled in a 3-year diploma in associate engineering while secretly continuing his online earning venture. In 2017, he managed to buy his first Android phone from his savings.
Then, a twist came in his life when his family forced him to do a job. He applied to the Pak Army and the Railway and got selected for both jobs. But he opted for the Army and appeared in the final medical test. Sadly, he got rejected at the last point because of some minor medical issue.
Later, he never applied for any job and decided to move forward with his passion, digital business. He was an ambitious child who wanted to break the chains and never wanted to be in a rat race of a 9-5 job.
The struggle of a young freelancer with a family that didn’t believe
He was addicted to the phone. Deep down, he knew the digital world was a treasure trove of opportunities for him, but his family was unfamiliar with it and never believed in it. As a teenager, he couldn’t explain technical things to his family, even though they broke his phone three times. So he could leave the phone and focus on his studies. But he was not going to give up so easily. Soon, he purchased a new phone with his savings once again.
However, due to pressure from his family, he couldn't stay home for a long time. So, he joined a factory and managed his work alongside.
First milestone: YouTube Success of Aziz Ur Rehman
Fast-forward to 2021; he started his work on YouTube, built his team, and managed 10 YouTube tech channels.
“I still remember, I withdrew 15 lac PKR from Adsense.”- Aziz.
He reinvested his money in his work and built a small office. His family also accepted the reality of online earning and felt proud of him. From 2021-2022, he focused entirely on YouTube and worked passionately on it; after all, he was living his dream life.
But then, a sudden shift happened—his YouTube success slowed down. That setback proved a turning point for him, and his life changed at a 360-degree angle as he completely shifted towards Fiverr.
The unexpected shift from YouTube to Fiverr
As his YouTube work slowed, he began searching for other work. He thought he would try Fiverr, but he did not have any skills. His close friends were already working on Fiverr, but they didn’t help him. They used to say, “Fiverr ain’t for you,” and never helped him grow.
But what is meant for you will find its way when Allah has written it for you. That is exactly what happened to him. He set up his first Fiverr account in December 2022. His social media friends were kind enough to help him rank his Fiverr gigs. That's how he started freelancing on Fiverr.
Surprisingly, he never worked on a single project by himself; he never wanted to. He outsourced from day one and enjoyed his management role. He hired experts on social media and completed his projects gracefully ( Even to date, his first profile is running smoothly, and he has made over $150,000 on that single profile.)
From Solo freelancer to CEO & Founder of Supreem Studio
With time, he reinvested in Fiverr and built a remote team in the short span of one year. He extended his outsourcing business to the next level within the same year. He introduced Supreem Studio in his hometown, Tulamba, which is also the hometown of Molana Tariq Jameel sb, to make an impact in his hometown first.
