The contractors of Diamer Bhasha Dam Project (Power China, FWO) are in need of skilled and experienced candidates for various technical trades vacancies. Applications have been invited from candidates for the vacant posts of 24 Heavy Machinery Mechanics, 60 Dumper Truck Drivers, 20 Excavator Operators, 8 Loader Operators, 10 Bulldozer Operators and 6 Roller Operators. Candidates with experience and qualifications in the project area can submit their details to the Joint Employment Committee at WAPDA Diamer Bhasha Dam Project Office, Chilas or WAPDA Office, Thor during office hours till January 3. Candidates who have already submitted documents for the above posts need not submit their applications again.

چلاس ؛ یکم نومبر 2024: جنرل منیجر /پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر دیامر بھاشا ڈیم پراجیکٹ انجینر نزاکت حسین نے کنٹریکٹر پاور چاینہ سے منسلک جاں بحق ورکر شاہ حسین کے والد کو امدادی چیک حوالے کیا، دیامر تھور کے رہائشی شاہ حسین رواں سال پراجیکٹ ایریا میں بدقسمت ٹریفک حادثے میں جاں بحق ہو گئے تھے پالیسی کے مطابق کنٹریکٹر پاور چاینہ کی جانب مالی معاونت کے بعد واپڈا کی جانب سے بھی پانچ لاکھ روپے مالی امداد فراہم کی گئی ہے

We have shared beautiful pictures of the ongoing work at night at various sites of Diamer Bhasha Dam.

This dam is being constructed on the Indus River in Gilgit-Baltistan region. Its height will be 272 meters which will make it one of the tallest dams in the world.

With the help of this dam, the power generation in Pakistan will increase by 4500 MW, which will help to meet the energy needs of the country.

Along with this, the dam will also store 8.1 million acre feet of water annually for the country, improving agricultural production and irrigation.

دیامر بھاشا ڈیم کی مختلف سائٹس پر رات کو جاری کاموں کی خوب صورت ٹصاویر شئیر کی ہیں۔

یہ ڈیم دریائے سندھ پر گلگت بلتستان کے علاقے میں تعمیر ہو رہا ہے۔ اس کی اونچائی 272 میٹر ہوگی جو اسے دنیا کے سب سے بڑے ڈیمز میں شامل کرے گی۔

اس ڈیم کی مدد سے پاکستان میں بجلی کی پیداوار میں 4500 میگا واٹ کا اضافہ ہوگا، جو ملک کی توانائی کی ضروریات کو پورا کرنے میں مدد دے گا۔

اس کے ساتھ ساتھ، یہ ڈیم ملک کے لیے سالانہ 8.1 ملین ایکڑ فٹ پانی کا ذخیرہ بھی فراہم کرے گا جس سے زرعی پیداوار اور آبپاشی میں بہتری آئے
