​Trading bad habits for sweat and old ghosts for Slavic resilience. My journey with Way of Weles isn’t about pristine gym lighting—it’s about overcoming depression, breaking old chains, and finding power in the shadows, even if that shadow is just me doing push-ups on a carpet in a tiny cabin on a moving ship.

​Weles, the Slavic guardian of the underworld and wisdom, knew a thing or two about navigating the dark. Coming back to movement and nature taught me the same lesson: when life gets rough, you don't wait for smooth waters—you just anchor your feet and push.

​No gym? Degenerated spine? No excuses. If you can pull off a set of dips while the sea is pitching, you can conquer whatever storm is brewing in your head.
