Niedzielne popołudnie postanowiłem spędzić w Karvinie na meczu Polskiej Hokej Ligi gdzie gospodarzem jest świeży zdobywca Pucharu Polski JKH GKS Jastrzębie, którzy gościli KH Energę Toruń. JKH obecnie zajmuje 5 pozycje ze sporą strata do 4 miejsca a hokeiści z Torunia zajmują 6 pozycję i wygrana z JKH mocno przybliżyła ich do miejsca piątego ale do końca rozgrywek pozostało jeszcze sporo spotkań więc jeszcze może się wiele wydarzyć.
Mecz był bardzo wyrównany. Pierwsza tercja zakończyła się na korzyść gospodarzy skromnym 1:0. W drugiej tercji Toruń najpierw wyrównał stan gry a chwilę później zagrali w podwójnej przewadze przez co udało się gościom z Torunia strzelić drugą bramkę. W trzeciej tercji bramek nie zobaczyliśmy mimo wysiłku gospodarzy, ktorzy pod koniec meczu zagrali w przewadze i postanowili ściągnąć bramkarza ale Toruń doskonale wyszedł z tej opresji.
Na stadionie zimowym w Karvinie przybyło spora grupa kibiców z Torunia, którzy kibicowali przez caly mecz. Kibice JKH również z dobrym dopingiem i ciekawym transparentem w stronę gości (Kibice obu zespołów nie przepadają za sobą co można zobaczyć wielokrotnie min. w komentarzach na Facebooku)

✍️ Match Report:
I decided to spend Sunday afternoon in Karviná for a Polish Hockey League match, hosted by the newly crowned Polish Cup champions JKH GKS Jastrzębie, who hosted KH Energa Toruń. JKH currently sits in 5th place, a significant gap to 4th place. Toruń is currently in 6th place, and their win over JKH has moved them closer to fifth place, but there are still a lot of matches left in the season, so a lot can still happen.
The match was very even. The first period ended 1-0 in favor of the home team. In the second period, Toruń first equalized the score, and moments later, they went on a double-double, allowing the visitors from Toruń to score their second goal. The third period saw no goals despite the home team's efforts, which saw them gain the upper hand late in the match and decide to bring on their goalkeeper, but Toruń pulled out of the situation brilliantly.
A large group of Toruń fans showed up at the Karviná Winter Stadium and cheered throughout the match. The JKH fans also showed up with good support and an interesting banner directed at the visitors (the fans of both teams don't like each other, as evidenced by numerous comments on Facebook).
