A fast-growing IT company delivering modern technology solutions. Their marketing team is multi-award-winning, with industry recognition. Now, they’re looking for a Head of Marketing. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, B2B tech environments and is ready to shape and execute powerful marketing strategies.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Remote (Poland-based). You’ll work closely with a UK-based team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
▪️ Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across all channels.
▪️ Plan and deliver co-marketing campaigns in partnership with Microsoft.
▪️ Refine and evolve brand positioning to reflect the company’s consultative, value-led approach.
▪️ Execute demand generation initiatives (digital, ABM, events, content).
▪️ Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Microsoft Partner Managers.
Lead a skilled in-house team (Marketing Manager, Designer, Copywriter, SDRs).
▪️ Drive SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot and digital performance.
▪️ Own the marketing budget and optimise spend based on ROI analysis.
▪️ Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, analytics, automation tools).
▪️ Oversee content creation across all funnel stages – thought leadership, white papers, case studies, etc.
▪️ Represent the brand through PR, analyst relations, and strategic partnerships.
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
▪️ 5+ years in B2B marketing leadership within IT services, managed services, or Microsoft partner environments.
▪️ Deep understanding of Microsoft’s cloud offering (Azure, M365, Security).
▪️ Strong experience with B2B buyer journeys, lead generation, and sales alignment.
▪️ Proven track record of delivering MQL/SQL growth and influencing revenue.
▪️ Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, ABM, and HubSpot.
▪️ Fluent English (written and spoken) – the client operates in the UK market.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
▪️ Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
▪️ Professional marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing).
▪️ Direct experience working with Microsoft’s GTM motions or Partner Centre is a plus.
