A squat is a squat. A curl is a curl. A lunge is a lunge. So how do you create a new program with moves that have been used in every other workout program? The program design.
From an exercise science perspective, there are multiple ways to help people with what most want to do: “lose weight and tone up.” That’s honestly the easy part. But to design something new, you then look at all the key factors: length of program, time of workouts, equipment, progressions, and then how to maximize the effort by putting it all together. It’s a process.😁
