Up next is adjusting the rear drum brakes in the 1954 TR2. Probably my least useful most loved car. The classic cool of this TR is like no other. The restoration of this TR is like nothing I have ever seen. It’s a mild period correct hot rod. All the performance parts were used in the racing TRs of Le Mans. Wish us luck on the brakes!

Ferrari says it's bringing the manual back...

But is a simulated manual really the same thing?

This week on Full Throttle Talk, we dive into Ferrari's controversial new "manual" transmission, debate whether automakers are losing what made sports cars special, and discuss why analog icons like the Porsche GT3 RS continue to skyrocket in value.

We also build our ultimate $50K and $100K two-car garages, talk McLaren, Toyota, Lotus, and answer a listener question: Which automaker has completely lost its way?

The 911 is supposed to sit above the M3.

More prestige. More sports car history. More collector appeal.

But the 996 changed the rules.

While most 911s climbed, the first water-cooled generation became the “unwanted” Porsche… and somehow the E46 M3 started looking like the stronger value play.

So the question is simple:

Would you take the E46 M3 or the 996 911?

A 2,000-horsepower hypercar sounds like the ultimate experience… until it makes you physically sick.

The issue is not just acceleration. It is the lack of feedback. No sound, no vibration, no real sense of speed—just instant, disorienting force.

Give us a car you can actually feel over a number you cannot enjoy.

Would you rather have 2,000 hp or 500 hp with real personality?

Most cars are engineered to make driving easier.

Quieter. Smoother. Less vibration. Less fatigue.

But somewhere along the way, a lot of them lost the thing enthusiasts actually care about: feel.

Is NVH reduction making cars better… or just making them less alive?
