Conductor de madrugada que quieres llegar a tu casa sano y salvo y no te sientes cómodo esperando una luz roja entre las 12:00 y 5:00 de la mañana:

Quiero que sepas que estás en todo tu derecho de detenerte antes de la luz roja, esperar tres segundos, y verificar que no venga ningún otro vehículo, y puedes continuar tu marcha con la luz roja.

He visto muchos videos que policías paran a los vehículos por pasarse la luz roja.

Solo te digo que cojas el ticket y hagas buche y luego lo apeles en un tribunal, porque tú tienes todo tu derecho y aquí te enseño en la ley 22, donde lo menciona:

NO TE DEJES INTIMIDAR por policías de tránsito brutos, que no se saben la ley, o tiranos que se saben la ley, pero te quieren joder, como quiera.

Según la Ley de Vehículos y Tránsito de Puerto Rico, Artículo 8.02(b)(6), se establece que:

“Los vehículos que transiten por la vía pública entre las doce (12) de la noche y las cinco (5) de la mañana, cuando estén frente a lentes exhibiendo luz roja, se detendrán y podrán continuar la marcha, siempre que se tomen las debidas precauciones.” 

Esto significa que, durante ese horario, los conductores deben detenerse completamente ante una luz roja y, después de asegurarse de que es seguro hacerlo, pueden continuar la marcha con precaución.

Es importante destacar que esta disposición no exime al conductor de la responsabilidad de garantizar la seguridad al cruzar la intersección. Además, esta excepción no se aplica si hay señales específicas que prohíben el paso o si las condiciones del tráfico o la visibilidad no son adecuadas.

El pésimo servicio al cliente de las secretarias del Dr. Baez Corujo y del Dr. Emanuel, en Trujillo Alto Medical Group, arruina por completo la calidad excelente que ofrecen estos gastroenterólogos.

Llamar por teléfono es inútil: no contestan nunca. El sistema automatizado de mensajes de texto tampoco sirve. Puedes responder pidiendo que te llamen para coordinar una cita o aclarar una duda… y jamás recibes respuesta.

Su excusa es que “entran muchas llamadas”. Pero hoy fui personalmente a la oficina y el teléfono no estaba ni sonando. ¿Dónde están esas llamadas infinitas entonces? Esa excusa no es creíble.

Una de las secretarias incluso tuvo la osadía de decirme que con “mi actitud” no iba a resolver nada. Pero, ¿qué actitud se supone que uno tenga cuando se ve obligado a ir en persona a confirmar una cita porque ellas no hacen su trabajo? ¿Se espera que uno llegue sonriente, como si fuera a Disney, mientras juegan con el tiempo y la salud de uno?

Es una vergüenza que un lugar con doctores tan buenos pierda valor por culpa de un equipo administrativo desorganizado, indiferente y, honestamente, poco profesional. La imagen de una clínica empieza en la recepción, y si esa área falla, todo el sistema se ve afectado.

Ojalá esto sirva como un llamado de atención. No por mí, sino por todos los pacientes que dependen de un servicio humano y responsable para cuidar su salud.

Ah, sí... aquí estoy, esperando al MACHO ALFA BORICUA iluminado, defensor del cannabis medicinal, listo para salir como ZMBI CEGO DE MRD a predicar que "esto fue hecho para ayudar a la humanidad"... Claro que sí, campeón. Sigue soñando.

Así que, por favor, si estás comentando aquí todo arrebatado, ahórrate el show y vete a fumarte otro tabaco de MRD bien lejos. Esto no es un club de fans de la ma*****na, es la realidad. FANÁTICO PNDJO, tú no estás defendiendo medicina, estás defendiendo tu viaje... CHÚPATE ESA, MAM*N.

Y si esto no te gusta, no hay problema... BÓRRAME PAL CAR*JO. Chúpate un mojón con toda la proteína que trae.

Ahora, algo importante... ¿te ha pasado que cuando les dices a los budtenders que estás consumiendo mucho y quieres bajar el uso, te salen con el cuento de: “Ah, es que tienes tolerancia, tienes que comprar flores con más alto THC”? En vez de decirte la verdad —que probablemente llevas consumiendo diario, tus receptores endocannabinoides están saturados, y necesitas un DETOX o unos días de abstinencia para resetearlos—, lo que hacen es venderte más: que si GUMMIES, que si PALETS, que si EDIBLES con ingredientes de c*ca... ¡todo para seguir haciéndote gastar más, aunque no los necesites!

Así que, NO SEAMOS PNDJOS: esto es un NEGOCIO DE MRD. Los dispensarios, especialmente muchos de N3XTG3N, no están pensando en tu salud. Te quieren vendiendo y fumando hasta que termines en un vicio crónico... y con la billetera vacía.

An Honest Reflection on "Medical" Cannabis Dispensaries

I feel it’s time we start talking openly about what’s happening with medical cannabis — especially here in Puerto Rico.

When the idea of "medical cannabis" was introduced, many of us believed it would be a system truly focused on healing, care, and patient support.
But now, after years of seeing how things are run, it’s painfully clear:
Most dispensaries are no longer about medicine — they're about profit.

There is almost no follow-up on patient health.
No real check-ins.
No support systems to make sure patients are truly improving.
No responsibility from the Department of Health to ensure patients aren’t falling into heavy use, addiction, or mental health crises.

Patients are told "you have to monitor yourself" — but how can someone struggling with dependency or emotional instability be expected to make clear judgments alone?
That's not medicine. That's abandonment.

Medical cannabis could have been something beautiful —
but instead, for many, it has become an industry driven by money, not healing.

It’s time we demand real standards:

True patient care.

Honest medical evaluations.

Yearly mental health screenings.

Responsibility from the dispensaries and the government that profits from them.

Healing is sacred. Medicine is sacred.
And profits should never come before human lives.
