1,966 Palestinians, and 20 Israelis, were released today in a prisoner swap between the Palestinian resistance and Israeli Occupation forces.

All surviving Israeli prisoners in Gaza have now been released. An estimated 8,000 Palestinians remain in IOF prisons. Occupation forces tortured at least 80 Palestinian prisoners to death in the last 2 years.

He was reportedly shot multiple times while filming in al-Sabra, and his death was confirmed at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital.

Israel Keeps 58% of Gaza After “Withdrawal”

Under the new ceasefire deal, Israel will pull troops back to the so-called “yellow line” within 24 hours — but will still retain control of 58% of the Gaza Strip, including key areas such as Beit Hanoun, parts of Gaza City, Khan Younis, and nearly all of Rafah.

Celebrations have taken place across the Gaza Strip, after the Palestinian resistance announced in the early morning hours of today that an agreement was reached with the Occupation and the US, to end the war on Gaza. Local resistance groups honored the "unparalleled courage, honor, and heroism" and "enormous sacrifices" of the Palestinian people to reach this "historic moment."

The US government has provided Israel with at least $21.7 billion USD in military "assistance" since October 2023, according to a study by Brown University’s Costs of War project. The numbers are based on publicly available data and Congressional reports.

The report noted that stated that without the U.S. assistance, Israel would not have been able to sustain its genocidal campaign against Palestinians in Gaza.

Palestinians report worsening shortages of drinking water, due to Israeli Occupation Forces' destruction of desalination plans, pipes, and wells. Mahmoud Ayoub, a father of 2 in Gaza City, told the Gaza Herald yesterday he "sometimes wait a week for a water truck that never comes". His family, like many others, have been forced to mix salty, brackish water with their drinking supply.

The Gaza Municipality warned that Gaza is receiving less than 25% of the water needed for daily basic use. Gaza’s health authorities have documented over 1.7 million cases of water-related illnesses, including diarrhea, hepatitis, and intestinal infections.

The United Nations declared yesterday that the Zionist entity has committed genocide in Gaza, confirming what Palestinians have reported since October 2023.

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry, part of the UN's Human Rights Council, in its 72-page report, stated: "It is clear there is an intent to destroy the Palestinians in Gaza through acts that meet the criteria set forth in the Genocide Convention", and that “The responsibility for these atrocity crimes lies with Israeli authorities at the highest echelons who have orchestrated a genocidal campaign for almost two years now with the specific intent to destroy the Palestinian group in Gaza.”

Gaza's Government Media Office announced today that Israeli Occupation Forces, in the past few weeks, have destroyed 13,000 tents and displaced 350,000 residents from Gaza City alone. The attacks are part of the IOF's campaign to force all Palestinians out of Gaza City.

The recent IOF attacks also demolished 10,000 housing units. All neighborhoods in Gaza City have been devastated, with some entire districts completely flattened.

21 UN, EU, and international agencies, including the WHO, World Bank, and UNICEF, confirmed today what Palestinians and rights monitors have reported for over a year - there is a famine in Gaza.

The 21 agencies confirmed it is a Phase 5 famine - the most severe level possible. "It marks the first time a famine has been officially confirmed in the Middle East region", they stated today. The organizations called for an "immediate and sustained ceasefire" and "unimpeded access for a mass influx of assistance".
