🎬 “Wearing Black”
In 2025, I still don’t understand how some so-called “professionals” in the audiovisual field ignore the most basic codes of ethics. They show up dressed any way they want — even in performance and dark environments — instead of wearing black.
We are witnessing a constant degradation of the audiovisual sector. Especially now, with this new wave of so-called “content creators” who think they are the stars. In our profession, we must remain neutral. We are paid to make others shine.
This is not about fashion. It is about ethics, respect and identity. A subject that should be taught in vocational schools and universities, with a dedicated discipline on professional ethics.

Why we wear black in audiovisual:
• 🕶️ Discretion – we are not the show.
• 🎭 Professionalism – respect for the stage.
• 👤 Neutrality – the focus is on others.
• 🚦 Safety – invisible backstage.
• 🪞 Reflections – we don’t appear in glass, screens or cameras.
• 🕰️ Tradition – ethics and identity of the profession.
