Hello, psytrance lovers! 👽💟

We recently made this set especially for Christopher Lawrence's Pharmacy Radio, where we premiered our new single "Heavy Clouds" 🌪 and featured some of our unreleased tracks, plus some hits from artists that inspire us.

The whole musical sequence was sensational. What a trip! 🛸

Modern8 - Tribal Days 7-10 August 2025 🔺

MODERN8 is the psytrance project of two audio engineers and electronic music producers, Goran Toprek (Alternative Control) from Serbia and Hugo Lino (Ex-Creative X) from Portugal. After gaining extensive editorial support from Beatport on their latest releases, supports from trance giant Vini Vici on Dreamstate Radio (Insomniac) and BBC Radio 1 resident Will Atkinson, played at major events around the world such as EXIT Festival (Serbia), Insomnia Festival (Portugal) and Resistência MainFloor (Brazil), and released tracks in collaboration with GMS, Shanti V Deedrah, Zyce and Tropical Bleyage, MODERN8 is about to release a new album, full of psychedelic gems. Watch out for these modern trance boys!
