Prepare butter naan, garlic naan, and plain naan. Prepare stuffed naan like stuffed chicken naan, stuffed lamb naan, stuffed vegetable naans, etc. Prepare dough for all kinds of Naans. Ensure the quality of food and determine the size of food proportions. Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Ensure to check the freshness and quality of ingredients to prevent contamination and food-related illness.
Tandoori naan maker involved in food handling must observe safety and sanitation procedures.
