You might miss that person you've been before, you may be lost. Probably no one told you that...

There's no step back!

You can pretend, but it's not going to happen.
It's like being an adult and trying to stay a child.

And yes, your childless version of yourself is still there.
But now this is just a little piece. Now you leveled up. You're much more.

So instead of trying to shred yourself, to strip away your new layers, try to explore them. 💫

They're unknown, not aligned with our culture and system we live in, so we don't see them everywhere as an example.

But they're deep, they're beautiful, they're sacred and you can expand so much by diving in your new self. This little thing holding you back might be your attachment to your old self, but it might be that it's not even yours.

We were trained to value certain things in life, by school, media, society, our own parents.

Usually it wasn't attachment parenting, value in warm presence, regulated nervous system, emotional availability, just being there for a little human in full consistency, transparency, being a guide, safe space, source of nourishment and love. It's not sold as an attractive life, it's not s*xy.

So yeah, sometimes this longing for your old self might not even be yours.

It's worth trying to dive deep, to explore the unknown. Even if it might be a little scary and uncomfortable at first.

And you are beautiful, s*xy as hell, powerful, wiser, more experienced, you've been through death and reborn, you are literally more than before. You are the goddess, creator of life itself.

There would be no human race without you.

So why not owning that and feeling that to the fullest?

Carry your baby with pride (no matter what their mood is at the moment).

Like a queen you are.

And whatever the world around you is trying to say, remember, you're not less than before. You're much much more ❤️‍🔥

Just living life in the moment with closeness, presence, and lots of creativity.

There came a moment in my life when I chose myself fully. 🌿

I stopped surviving on crumbs of love and hoping that “maybe one day” someone would finally show up with the care, presence, and support I've been giving all along.
Being a mother on my own is infinitely more nourishing than being a mother surrounded by people who drain me.

❤️ Here's what I found out:

You deserve more than emotional leftovers.
More than inconsistency.
More than someone who keeps you just close enough so you don’t leave, but never truly supports you to rise, both financially and emotionally. That is not love. That is control, a form of violence against your spirit.

💫 Here's what you can do:
Your energy, even if right now it feels too small to survive, is sacred.
You can keep pouring it into someone who drains you, or you can redirect it…
Into your children, your income, things that fulfill you, and into building a life where you feel safe, seen, and supported, by yourself and by people who meet you there.

I would start with the people you surround yourself with.
Not everyone deserves access to you.
Not everyone deserves your presence.
Some people say beautiful words, but they just take your energy, make you dependent, everything is conditional.

Choose wisely. Look at their actions and how you feel when you're in contact with them.

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do for yourself and your children is to walk away, completely.
To close the door.
To choose peace over potential.

I assure you that there are beautiful people on this planet ❤️

Surrounded by them, you rise wildly and freely 🌿

She is a mother.
And she is sensual.

And somehow,
lately I see the world still struggles to hold both.

Somewhere along the way women were taught
that once you become a mother your body should become invisible, neutral, “appropriate.”

Not alive, not expressive, and God forbid if she feels something.

And when a woman dares to feel good in her body, to dress in a way that expresses her sensuality, to be connected to her erotic energy
in the presence of her children…

she is judged, labeled, misunderstood.
Reduced to something external.

Because in a patriarchal lens,
a sensual woman, must be performing.
Must be seeking attention.
Must be “for someone.”

But here is the truth:

A woman’s sensuality
does not belong to the outside world.

It is not a performance or strategy.
And for sure it is not an invitation.

It is internal.
Biological.
Energetic.
Alive.
It's her natural birth right.

Women are naturally autoer🤍tic.
Self-feeling.
Self-connected.
Not needing external stimulation.

Their existence is enough.
They don't have to have thoughts about anything from outside.
It's enough if they feel safe.
They can melt in the ecstasy of simply being.

Healthy women don't need validation.
They don't need to please others to be worthy.

That idea of a woman existing for approval,
for gaze, for control, the idea of the woman seeking attention...
was never ours, beautiful women 🙌🏼

A healthy woman can feel pleasure in her body, can move, breathe, exist in freedom and sensuality without it being about anyone else.

And when her children witness this…

they don’t see something inappropriate.

They see:
- a woman at home in herself
- a body that is safe to inhabit.
- a human who is not divided from her essence.

They grow up learning that a woman is not an object.
Not a role.
Not something to be judged or used.

But a being.
Whole.
Self-led.
Free. ❤️

And if someone looks at a woman like I described in the beginning at this post, when someone makes it about themselves, about attention, about men, or even worse about children, well...

that says nothing about her.

But everything
about themselves and the lens they are still seeing through.

Creating life is not just a moment, it’s a journey.💫

From the very first cell, a woman’s body and mind carry the labor of growth, protection, and nourishment.

Every heartbeat, every thought, every cell is working to sustain and nurture life.❤️

This is why the most profound way men can contribute to life on Earth is by supporting women - emotionally, mentally, physically, financially and spiritually!

By honoring her, sharing the load, creating space for her rest, creativity, healing, growth and time to be with the children.

Then we all give life a chance to flourish.🌺

Supporting women is not just support, it is protecting, sustaining and nurturing life itself. 🌿✨
