Sunday Vlog - I really wanted to get into the gym but Aria wanted to chill and watch frozen and how can you say no to your toddler wanting that with you 😭 The 5k was interesting because I finished it at probably an average time but the level of competition was high, and I’m used to being at the front 😭 We then ended the day refuelling with a Halal Sunday Roast 😍 my ex-wife will be posting this series soon so keep your eyes peeled. I took my daughter to the Mosque for Friday Prayers yesterday for the first time on my own! 🕌🤲🏽 I was so scared to take her, I thought she was going to run off whilst I was praying and i’d have to continue my prayer whilst she was running havoc …. but I couldn’t have been more wrong!! She was so well behaved and actually really enjoyed being there. She has been saying she wants to come with me for weeks and i’m so glad I got the opportunity take her on my lunch break, because I think it’s important she sees that side of me and can embrace our religion from a young age. The cherry on the cake was that she almost perfectly did the prayer movements in sync with the rest of the group and the man praying to the right of her even praised her at the end which was so sweet 🥹 Such a proud moment for me & i’m so grateful ❤️🤲🏽

Part 2/3 | Last week I surprised my 18 week pregnant wife with a spa hotel night away from us ON HER OWN - her first night in 18 months away from our toddler (wish me luck lmao) today she will be enjoying a mini holiday away from us and a full nights rest undisturbed ❤️ Moudallal

To recap what actually happened, I was recording a trend with my daughter using turmeric in her bedroom (I had no idea btw at this point the leathalness of termatic on carpets) .. I used a tray during the trend so nothing would get on the carpet (It didn’t) anyway I forgot to take the rest of it back downstairs, after my wife told me too 🤦🏽‍♂️ ehh!! Went to sleep, I then woke up to drop my toddler to nursary - Aria usually wakes up and plays near the area I left the Turmeric and that’s when I got alerted to the incident - my toddler let all the turmeric loose on the carpet leaving a big stain 😭😭 Yes - 100% my fault for leaving it out, obviously when i say “you didn’t tell me to put it back” in the clip i’m joking 😘. I mean wouldn’t actually care about the comments but the thing is i’m actually the biggest cleanaholic and i’m not letting people claim otherwise 🤣 I have put blood sweat and tears into getting this stain out!! In the clip my wife tries to clean it up because i’m out the house dropping my daughter to nursery and OBVIOUSLY she’s not ganna wait for me to get back to get started Anyway I got us a carpet cleaner & ordered a new strip of carpet for £230 😭 hoping the carpet cleaner is going to pull through but not feeling optimistic 😅

When it’s my turn to do the morning shift it’s basically my job to make sure my wife gets an easy morning - i’ll go down with the kids, give them breakfast, get them ready for school… Mila even now comes with me to drop Aria because it just means 1) Katie gets some peace in the morning and 2) she usually naps on the way back home! Some days i’ll even take her with me to my office (David Lloyds) and drop her off to the crèche (big parent hack 😝) Moudallal

Mission get out the room mate phase is on 😂 dating your wife again after kids is fun because all you do is talk about how much you miss the kids 😂 nah jokes aside we really enjoyed our time alone and we defo need more of this! The 02 was incredible, very fitting for the event 💙 # gifted
