Because life isn’t always about “winning”:
Sometimes the diagnosis isn’t good
Sometimes the relationship doesn’t heal
Sometimes the dream doesn’t come true
Sometimes the struggle doesn’t end

(Philippians 4:11-12)
“I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.”

In Christ, we can face it all with SUPERNATURAL CONTENTMENT.
That’s the real strength Paul was talking about. Not the strength to always change our circumstances, but the strength to be changed by Christ in our circumstances.
Contentment is not dependent on external circumstances but is a learned skill that can be developed through faith and reliance on God.

Isaiah 61:3-4 NLT. To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the LORD has planted for his own glory.

In every moment of brokenness . God sees an invitation for restoration
Every ash will become a beautiful testimony of his grace and healing power.

Let us look ahead,
Let us have a new covenant relationship with God.
Cling to the One who gives comfort and freedom. The One who cleanses the ash from our lives and clothes us in the beautiful gift of salvation.
The beauty for ashes covenant provides strength to endure.
He can carry us in our hopelessness, replacing our pain with purpose.
He saves, He gives, He loves, He renews.
