المحشي التونسي 🇹🇳بطريقتي أنا 🥰
اكتبولي المحاشي عندكم كيف تطبخوها ؟؟
مكونات:
1. لحم بقر وغنم مفروم نص نص
2. بقدونس مفروم
3. بصل مفروم
4. هريسة تونسية
5. كركم
6. نعناع مجفف
7. تابلو وكروية
8. فلفل أحمر بودرة
9. ملح + فلفل أسود
10. خبز مرحي
11. بيضتين

الصلصة:
1. معجون طماطم
2. زيت زيتون
3. فلفل أحمر مرحي
4. ملح + فلفل أسود
5. بهارات
6. شوية ماء
التحضير:
نخلط اللحم مع البقدونس والبصل والهريسة والبهارات والبيض والشابلير، نخلط بإيدينا حتى يتجانس كل شي.
نحشي الخضار أو نشكّل كرات.
في وعاء ، نحط زيت الزيتون ومعجون الطماطم، نزيد الملح والفلفل الأسود والفلفل الأحمر الناعم والبهارات وشوية ماء.
نصبو فوق المحشي و نحاول الصوص توصل لنصالفلفل المحشي و تغمر البطاطا، و على الفرن لمدة نصف ساعة حتى تتحمّر و تطيب و صحة و بالشفاء ليكم 💖💖
