وفاءً لذكرى صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني، ارتدى لاعبو السد الرقم 52، في إشارة إلى عام ميلاده 1952.

لفتة وفاء ظهرت أيضًا على القميص بتفاصيل خاصة تحمل اسم الأمير الوالد.

In tribute to the late Father Amir, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, Al Sadd players wore the number 52, representing his birth year, 1952.

A touching tribute also reflected in the special details on the jersey.

56 عامًا من تلفزيون قطر.. رحلة بدأت عام 1970 بالبث بالأبيض والأسود، ثم انتقلت إلى البث الملون عام 1974، وانطلقت القناة الإنجليزية عام 1982، قبل بدء البث الفضائي عام 1998. (Qatar TV)

وفي عام 2001 بدأت مرحلة تطوير جديدة في الهوية والبرامج، وصولًا إلى الانطلاقة الجديدة في 16 ديسمبر 2012 بحلة وشعار جديدين والبث بنظام Full HD 1080i. واليوم يواصل تلفزيون قطر مسيرته وتطوره التقني والإعلامي، محافظًا على حضوره كجزء من ذاكرة قطر وإعلامها الوطني. (Qatar TV)

A journey that began in 1970 with black-and-white broadcasting, moved to colour in 1974, launched an English-language channel in 1982, and entered the satellite broadcasting era in 1998.

From major developments in 2001 to its new identity and Full HD relaunch in 2012, Qatar Television continues its journey of growth and innovation while remaining an important part of Qatar’s national media history.

ضبط محاولة تهريب مواد مخدرة بطريقة سرية داخل أمتعة أحد المسافرين القادمين إلى قطر عبر منفذ أبو سمرة.

وتمكن مفتشو الجمارك البرية من إحباط محاولة تهريب 24.39 جرام من مادتي الحشيش والشبو، بالإضافة إلى 30 قرصًا من اللاريكا.

Customs inspectors at the Abu Samra border successfully foiled an attempt to smuggle narcotic substances hidden inside the luggage of a traveler entering Qatar.

The seized items included 24.39 grams of hashish and shabu, along with 30 Lyrica pills.
