Meet DJ SHANA, the Sri Lankan-born DJ and producer whose passion for music has taken him from local events to the global stage.

Shanaka Perera, known by his stage name SHANA, began his journey as a mobile DJ in Sri Lanka in 2011, straight after school. His ability to connect with any crowd and create the perfect vibe quickly made him a sought-after name in the local scene. From 2016 to 2024, SHANA was the resident DJ at the iconic Chill Pill Beach Restaurant in Sri Lanka, where he became known for his ability to seamlessly

blend genres and keep the energy flowing all night long. His sets, mostly focused on progressive house and melodic techno, have earned him a reputation for delivering immersive musical experiences. Now based in Romania, SHANA continues to push the boundaries of his craft, playing everything from house to techno, and always adapting his sound to match the crowd. No matter the event, DJ SHANA knows how to create a vibe that keeps the dancefloor alive.
