**My Fellow Kenyans,**
As we navigate the current challenges, it is crucial that we come together and support the Finance Bill. Approving this bill will bring significant positive changes to our country.
In the 2022 election, you elected President He has been in office for two years, with three years remaining in his term. At the end of his five years, we will naturally want to assess his accomplishments. However, to enable him to deliver on his promises, we must give him the necessary tools and time.
The Finance Bill, currently in Parliament, is one such tool. For our country to progress and unite as one Kenya, one family, and one nation, this bill must be approved. We will then witness the transformative changes it can bring. When President Ruto took office, he inherited an empty office with substantial challenges, and he is determined not to borrow money from other countries. Therefore, it is up to us, as Kenyans, to pay our taxes and ensure our country moves forward.
If the budget is approved, many pending bills will be settled, and the country will see an influx of funds. It is essential to focus on the benefits we will gain rather than listening to those who call for rejecting the Finance Bill without understanding its implications.
Honesty compels us to remember the day we elected President Ruto. His agenda was clear: to help the people, especially small business owners like the “mamamboga.” Let us support him in achieving his vision and mission. This is his time, and we must allow him the space to work towards his goals.
At the end of his term, we can evaluate what he has done for us. Until then, our unity as one Kenya, one nation, is paramount. Our country’s success depends on our collective effort to support initiatives that promise growth and improvement.
I am confident that if we approve this Finance Bill, Parliament will enact changes that will significantly benefit our country. Let us embrace this opportunity for progress.
Thank you.
