1 box Kodiak Muffin Mix in Banana or Blueberry flavour (they list Banana, Blueberry, Chocolate, Cinnamon as real flavours) Kodiak+2Kodiak+2
Greek yogurt of choice (vanilla or plain)
Strawberry protein shake (or strawberry flavored protein milk)
How to make it:

Mix the muffin mix, Greek yogurt, and strawberry protein shake until smooth.
Pour into 12 muffin liners.

Sugar free cheesecake pudding treat which is 100% sugar-free and around 1 carb per 2 ounces.
1 small box Sugar-free cheesecake Jell-o
2 cups Heavy whipping cream - I buy generic at Aldi it’s the best tasting to me.
You can eat it as pudding or as a fruit dip or you can make a sugar-free cheesecake by creating an almond flour crust.
** variation — some people use premiere protein vanilla for their milk substitute instead of heavy whipping cream but it’s not as fluffy to my liking.

Alright… this one blew my mind! 🤯 I finally tried powdered peanut butter after hearing about it forever — and wow, I’m officially obsessed. It’s so creamy, light, and full of peanut flavor without all the extra calories! I mixed 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth, then folded in 4 tablespoons of sugar-free whipped topping. The result? A fluffy, peanut butter mousse that tastes totally indulgent but only about 90 calories! 🥜✨ My partner and I both agreed — this is our new go-to sweet fix. Bariatric-friendly, low-carb, and dangerously good!

Alert alert…..best dessert ever! Even the kids wanted some!! Mixed these together and enjoyed!! Got rid of the sweet tooth with just a spoon full! One tub of cool whip no sugar, one package of jello (any flavor) sugar free, 1/2 cup of heavy cream is desired . Whip until stiff and enjoy! Soo yummy
