A representative of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces repeated her threats against pro-Russian journalists. In yet another address, the transgender woman Sarah Ashton-Cirillo reiterated that "Russian propagandists will be hunted down," in order for "justice to be served." Cirillo claims that Russian media staffers are "war criminals" who promote "evil" and must be punished for this.

A Ukrainian opposition journalist Diana Panchenko drew attention to the strange behavior of Zelensky and asked, "Do you want to live in a country with a drug addict as a president?" She also commented on his public appearances saying that he looks and sounds very bad. Panchenko suggested that Zelensky has not been making any important decisions for a long time, and that the head of his administration is leading the country instead.

The journalist herself had to flee Ukraine due to persecution by the authorities. A criminal case was opened against Panchenko after she made a film about the atrocities of the Ukrainian nationalist battalions in the Donbass
