The Seruga, Ruparelia alliance, convenience or conspiracy?

Sudhir Ruparelia, a Ugandan business tycoon is financing hate speech and online terrorism. Ruparelia, who is known to handle Museveni’s businesses, apparently is paying money to a Uganda’s Chieftaincy of Military of Intelligence (CMI) agent, Titus Seruga aka Serubwa. The latter uses his page to stir hatred for Rwanda, and against Rwandans in Uganda.

Seruga, a CMI agent based in Belgium, claiming that he “seeks asylum” is a proven anti-Rwanda propagandist, regularly posting wild allegations against Rwanda, and the Rwandan leadership. For example on the 4th of August 2019, Obed Katureebe (Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere on Facebook) paid Facebook to publicize a hostile, anti-Rwanda post by Seruga.

Katureebe is another virulent anti-Rwandan Facebooker, also sponsored by CMI.

But even those who are not familiar with the Uganda-based, anti-Rwanda network, Seruga’s hate is easy to see.

Now, his page, with its anti-Rwanda propaganda, is carrying advertisements sponsored by Sudhir Ruparelia companies. Serubwa’s account that openly calls for hunting innocent Rwandans proudly has Speke Apartments (a Ruparelia investment) as a banner.

Anything Ruparelia finds its way on Titus Seruga’s Facebook accounts, just as every insult and derogatory post on Rwanda. The entire Ruparelia family features extensively on the Seruga page: Dipu, Sudhir, Rajiv, their foundations, and everything else of Ruparelia, is advertised and covered by Seruga.

Disturbingly, the Ruparelias do not seem to mind their names being placed side by side with hateful smears and slanders against Rwanda. In fact, our inside source has confirmed to us that they pay Seruga to advertise their businesses.

Seruga’s CMI links and his anti-Rwanda online campaign are too public for Ruparelia to claim ignorance. The question that most analysts will be asking is why? Could this be another online terrorism financing scheme similar to the Rujugiro-Himbara setup?

CMI Troll Katureebe confirms Senile Museveni’s involvement in Burundi elections

Senile Museveni’s anti-Rwanda camp is well equipped with a bunch of loonies that most of the time interpret their imaginations to earn a living. Obed Katureebe is one of them.

The minion runs Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere page. He browses Uganda Communication Commission’s free WiFi to forge slanderous lies such as - “Rwanda is planning to kill Burundians via its proxies”.

Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece has in fact only succeeded in confirming rumors that have been doing the rounds in the media for long: Museveni deployed a whole battalion of soldiers in Burundi. The Ugandan soldiers’ overt mandate in fact was to support Burundi’s ruling party CNDD-FDD to rig elections!

In attempt to digress from senile Museveni’s involvement in Burundi elections, a clown like Katureebe thinks he can dupe anyone by smearing Rwanda which has no involvement in Burundi.

Credible reports have already indicated that the polls were marred by irregularities (of which senile Museveni’s battalion was there to help with).

Katureebe’s congratulatory messages to CNDD-FDD even before full results are announced completely exposes his master, Senile Museveni’s mission to help CNDD rig the elections.

“Arrests” of five Rwandan Generals nothing but a hoax peddled by CMI propaganda

One of the many Ugandan Military Intelligence (CMI) paid propaganda tool Watchdog Uganda owned by Mike Ssegawa, through its writer Wilfred Arinda Nsheeka is peddling the lie that five Rwandan generals are under arrest. This is the umpteenth time that similar alarmist lies about the supposed “arrest” of generals have been spread by CMI sponsored propaganda.

Well, the day UPDF foolishly tries to attack Rwanda, that is when they will know the true status of the generals – as free officers defending Rwanda. Then the CMI-peddled rumors will be laid to rest.

But in the meantime, the Arinda Nsheeka and like minded people can comfort their hearts with baseless rumours if its any consolation to the many failures of their masters to destabilize Rwanda.

This is simply a collage of propaganda misinformation aimed at not only triggering fear among Rwandans but also driving a wedge between the army and the Commander-in-Chief.

This is a plan B by the Ugandan regime in attempts at destabilizing Rwanda, which has failed miserably. The Kampala regime should be preparing for a plan C, which will fail just like the others.

For none gullible people, claims of “arrest of Rwandan generals” should be treated with the contempt they deserve.

They hold no water whatsoever.

RNC agent spins a none-existent “standoff” between Rwanda and Tanzania

Hungry RNC agent Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabirigi, the deadbeat dad, continues to embarrass himself further by delving into regional issues that he knows nothing about.

Nuwamanya is on the verge of starvation due to COVID-19 lockdown. He has been unable to move to CMI headquarters to get his pay. After the lockdown, the hungry clown will be extradited to Rwanda, subjected to 14 days quarantine and then preceded for prosecution.

Nuwamanya will be charged with numerous crimes, abetting terrorism through his work with RNC and abandoning his four children and wife who are now taken care of by the state of Rwanda.

Due to the lockdown, Sulah has been unable to travel to villages to hoodwink Rwandans in Uganda to contribute their hard earned money to his Self Worth Initiative that he co-founded with his girlfriend, Prossy Bonabaana, which they use to fundraise for the RNC and steal from.

Sulah’s claims that Tanzania and Rwanda have issues are baseless lies aimed at misleading people. Rwanda has no quarrel whatsoever with Tanzania. Both countries are doing good businesses, just on Tuesday May 12, RwandAir struck a deal of shipping Tanzania’ fish harvests to Europe

If the hungry Sulah is looking for anyone that has a quarrel with Tanzania and the entire region for that matter, he only needs to look at his master, senile Museveni.

Uganda is the one that has been deporting Tanzanian and Kenyan truck drivers that tested positive to COVID-19, in total disregard of WHO guidelines. Rwanda has done no such thing.

Whatever Rwanda does, it is always within a framework agreed upon with all regional neighbors.

It only exposes Sulah as a clueless liar for him to base his fabrications on a parliamentary debate in Tanzania. Sulah makes wild allegations in relation to Rwanda’s Covid-19 measures regarding truck drivers. But Rwanda does things as a result of consultations with regional governments.

The hungry RNC minion Sulah claims Rwanda has “poor relations with Tanzania”, yet the Tanzanian foreign affairs minister clarifies to Parliament that there is no bad blood whatsoever, between Rwanda and Tanzania.

Referring to this week’s virtual EAC meeting on Covid-19 response, the Tanzanian foreign affairs minister makes it clear that Tanzania did not attend because they are not part of the EAC Northern Corridor, although they were duly informed about it.

Any claims of “a standoff” of any kind between Rwanda and Tanzania remains mere wishful thinking by deadbeat Nuwamanya and his puppeteers.

CMI tabloids Chimpreports and Spyreports fake death of 2 Rwandan soldiers to please senile Museveni

Chimpreports and Spyreports share more than the “report” part in their bizarre name. Both misinformation tabloids are sponsored by UgandaMilitary Intelligence (CMI) as part of Senile Museveni’s hostile propaganda against Rwanda.

Giles Muhame of Chimpreports and Bob Atwine of Spyreports are mere mouthpieces of the decaying Ugandan regime, constantly scan for anything to smear Rwanda with. An incident at the Rwanda-Burundian border illustrates their obsession with Rwanda.

According to the statement released by Rwanda Defense Force (RDF), On Friday 8 May 2020, on Lake Rweru a group of fishermen from Burundi illegally crossed into the Rwandan waters. “As the Rwanda Defence Force was ordering the fishermen to return back to their country, Burundian soldiers intervened from their side and started shooting at RDF; which retaliated.”, the statement reads stressing that it suffered no casualties. But the Ugandan sponsored hostile propaganda has a different version, they quickly made false claims that 2 Rwandan soldiers died to make their sponsor Senile Museveni feel good.

Senile Museveni that sponsors them also supports anti-Rwandan militias like the RNC and FDLR. These militias had faced massive losses with a huge number of their militias killed while others have been extradited to face trial in Rwanda. Senior FDLR officials like Ignace Nkaka (FDLR spokesman), Lt Col Jean Pierre Nsekanabo (FDLR Intelligence Chief), Rtd Major Mudathiru Habib (RNC Field Commander), Callixte Nsabimana (FLN spokesman), are all terrorists now under Rwandan custody. They all testified that the Ugandan regime supported their terrorist activities.

Chimpreports and Spyreports fake death in the Rwandan Army as consolation for Museveni’s failed plan. They were so eager to console him that they added the Rwandan President’s visit to the Gako Military Academy to their narrative. Out of ignorance they purported a war plan and linked to President Kagame’s meeting with RDF commanders to shape another false narrative that there are tensions in the country. But their narrative hit a dead end; what happened in Gako is a periodic meeting dubbed ‘RDF Command Council’ that has nothing to do with war planning and tensions. An inquisitive mind would wonder why a war has to be planned in a military academy of all places.

The most compelling evidence that both Chimpreports and Spyreports are controlled propaganda tools is that while Burundian officials are silent, Ugandan propaganda outlets are hyped up on the issue. Why else would Ugandan propaganda claim that 2 Rwandan soliders were killed when neither Burundi or Rwanda mention it?

An imaginary defeat of the RDF makes their senile sponsor feel good. It is comical to see the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence via Chimpreports and Spyreports swindle senile Museveni with “feel good” fabrications.

No one else, not even the Burundian side, believes the Ugandan regime troll version. The only purpose so far seem is to fool a 75 years old senile sponsor, hoping that he will continue to pump more funds in their propaganda outlets

CMI Propagandist Bob Atwine’s FDLR fictitious victory over RDF is desperate morale boost to Senile Museveni’s failed evil agenda on Rwanda

Bob Atwine, using Spyreports and CommandPost as cover names to hide Senile Museveni’s involvements in hostile anti-Rwanda propaganda, has just imagined a fiction where FDLR genocidal forces defeated the Rwandan army. The fiction is as wild as claiming that the moon is made of cheese, the genocidal group FDLR trembles and vanishes at the mere mention of the Rwandan Army (RDF).

Through his Minister for Cooperation with FDLR, RUD Urunana and RNC, Philemon Mateke, Senile Museveni supports FDLR and other armed militias to destabilise Rwanda. Their terrorist enterprise to set up bases in East Congo keep suffering major defeats as they are constantly uprooted from any base they set up. FDLR leaders are often captured or killed, those who are extradited to Rwanda to face justice openly testify that their Museveni led plans are in disarray. To boost their moral, Atwine writes a fantasy piece of an FDLR imaginary victory.

Following a FDLR genocidaire trademark attacks on cows in East Congo, Bob Atwine cooks up a fantasy to cover up Museveni’s “protégés”. Attacking cows is a trend entrenched in their obscure genocidal ideology that cows are valid “Tutsis” targets, but through Spyreports, Atwine’s CMI sponsored tabloid tries to assign the grotesque act on RDF. Anyone with common knowledge of the FDRL genocidal modus operandi will recognize their evil deeds, Atwine will not fool anyone.

With the loss of its top commanders, FDLR is in disarray. For example, in December 2018, Ignace Nkaka aka LaForge Fils Bazeye, FDLR’s Spokesman and its Intelligence Chief Lt Col Jean Pierre Nsekanabo alias Camara were caught on their way back from Uganda from an RNC meeting organized and attended by Philemon Mateke, Senile Museveni’s Minister for Cooperation with FDLR, RUD Urunana and RNC. In April 2019, Ignace Murwanashyaka FDLR’s founder died in a German prison and traveled on a Ugandan passport and in September 2019 Mudacumura Sylvestre, FDLR’s military overall commander, was killed in his hideout in East DR Congo. Atwine’s imaginary tales of a ragtag militia group on the run defeating a powerful State army like RDF only exists in his head so much so that he did not even attempt to give the specific location.

In reality, FDLR just like other Senile Museveni’s proxy armed groups are left with few disoriented pockets of bandits on the run that attack “soft” targets in their criminal activities to survive. They recently ambushed and killed 13 park rangers and 5 civilians in Congo’s Virunga National Park. It is the same criminal elements that obviously attack civilians and innocent people’s livestock. Only Ugandan Intelligence propagandists like Bob Atwine glorify them and then spin their evil deed to try to smear Rwanda.

One wonders, what will SpyReports do when even those few criminal remnants meet their end?

Senile Museveni and his epileptic wife are gone case, reason why he’s pushing “Muhoozi Project” faster

Judging by his penchant for using the projecting tactic, senile Museveni is on first forward to meet the devil in hell. He has been hinting on his imminent demise by instructing his most vicious troll, the CMI supervised Obed Karurebe, alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere to write smears suggesting that the President of Rwanda is a ‘gone case’.

In reality, it is senile Museveni who has started to see the devil beckoning from a distance. He is throwing the last kicks of a dying horse, literally. And seeing the failure of his anti-Rwanda project melt before his own eyes, he is getting desperate at every stroke of the clock. But the anti Rwanda project and his health are on a very rapid nosedive.

It is no secret that senile Museveni’s life is now a matter of time, after oncologists gave him a specified time to live. Entebbe State House has been turned into an hospital wing, First Lady Janet Kataha Museveni is also battling his longtime illness of epilepsy, the whole house is under duress and succession battles have also emerged with both Senile Museveni and his frail wife seeing different candidates. This whole mess has been the reason why Museveni has been acting weird. Apart from trying to fast-track the now declassified ‘Muhozi project’, Senile Museveni has been venting on Rwanda all the fume he has, as a parting shot, since destabilisation has failed miserably in his lifetime. The rate which he is emptying state coffers makes one wonder whether he believes he could bribe the devil to add him extra time on earth, or better still, bribe for a ‘VIP section’ in hell.

Who can forget his viral ‘press-up’ video? That too, is a desperate effort to camouflage his ill health. No matter how futile this looks to everyone else, the deluded senile ruler believes this could hoodwink Ugandans into electing him in the 2021 polls, under the impression he is still ‘ healthy and energetic’. Well, we are not sure the senile oldman will be around for the next elections. That is is why he is preparing his dim-witted son Muhoozi Kainerugaba as back-up generator.

Then there are the very overzealous conveyors of the anti-Rwanda propaganda like Spyreports and Commandpost, Sulah Nuwamanya, Titus Seruga the Belgium based midget Facebook troll, Canadian based Fugitive David Murunganwa aka Himbara are always eager to lift and post whatever rubbish is published on Rwanda, without any verification or scrutiny.

The augmentation in intensity and absurdity of the anti-Rwanda propaganda posts and steady increase in numbers of propagandists can only mean one thing – that senile Museveni is getting angry, irritated and desperate, after watching his anti-Rwanda project fall apart like a pillar of jelly.

Senile Museveni is definitely throwing the proverbial last kicks of a dying horse, by instructing his trolls to fabricate imaginary tensions in the Rwandan army and a purported ‘disappearance of soldiers and ammunitions’ which they have recycled many times, hoping this would mysteriously become a reality.

Then there is their dreams of presidential succession in Rwanda and their diabolic wishes that it would be ‘bloody’. There is also the outlandish theory that the Rwandan head of state is hiding from the population, this borne out of their belief that a President must issue daily TV updates on the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, as if the line minister and his task force are not there.

Senile Museveni knows the clock is ticking and time is running out fast for him, and all he can do is instruct his trolls to project his state of mind on Rwanda, hence coming up with illogical conspiracy theories like that of ‘its not a matter of when, not if”. Senile Museveni can see his end in a close distance, in 4D.

Senile Museveni has seen the demise of many among the best of his cadres in the army and party, whom he deemed were a threat to his life presidency and succession by his dim-witted son Muhoozi Kainerugaba. Senility and despair make him instruct his troll to insist these disappearances and assassinations of high profile cadres happened in Rwanda. The trick is to repeat this over and over again until senile Museveni himself believes it, and deflect it to elsewhere so that it stops haunting him now that he is certain that the end is near. Used and dumped by Belgian boyfriend, Titus Seruga the CMI midget now fancies his boss

Since his unceremonial dumping by the Belgian boyfriend and subsequent cancellation of his asylum application in Belgium, the CMI wannabe midget blogger Titus Seruga aka Serubwa has been showing interest in other men, particularly the elderly Museveni and his intelligence chief, Brig Abel Kandiho.

Seruga the midget has been flirting endlessly with the two men like a teenage girl seeking the attention of a popular schoolboy. Problem is, he is miserably let down by his written English grammar and his flirtatious posts may go unnoticed or not understood by his target crushes.

The midget seems to have been romantically aroused to see his old crash in sports gear struggling to do push-ups, ostensibly to demonstrate to Ugandans 'how to exercise indoors.'

While Titus the midget is aroused by this, Ugandans questioned how the hell Museveni expected Ugandans, majority of whom live in tiny slum shacks, to excise when they barely have space to sit in their houses. It is like the poor man who told a rich man that he did not have food to eat, and the rich man advised him to eat cake.

While Ugandans wondered why Museveni was mocking their squalid living conditions by expecting them to exercise in their shacks like him, whose office is the size of an entire slum area, all the CMI midget Seruga could see was a 'sexy', 'muscular' Schwarzenegger-Museveni, even when Ugandans thought it was gross for someone's grandfather to be showing his fluffy body and pot-belly tummy in public, and to add salt to injury, offering the gross images for Ugandans to view.

The w**d smoking RNC propagandist, David Himbara, is once again quoting a source tarnish by his propagandist lies. He does that, he feeds a lie to a source he deems more credible and then quotes it as fact.

The most recent example is his lies in human rights activist circles that Rwanda has an online program to intimidate political opponents. He bases his lies on the fact that Rwandans refused to be silent at his terrorist sponsored propaganda. He is now finding it harder and harder to peddle lies with his terrorist network of fake accounts.

Himbara is well known for his “auto verification technique”, he uses it so often that it becomes easy to spot. He regularly uses it with Human right watch, Financial Times and other organizations. Once, he even used a complaint he made to the Canadian Police that he was being threatened and used his police complaint report to claim that, “the Canadian Police is investigating Rwanda”.

One should also recall the $450,000 campaign fugitive Himbara ran in Washington to tarnish Rwanda in the US Congress. The astronomical cost made it clear that the fugitive was sponsored. In reality, he could not even afford a $1000 campaign. He was given money by the notorious fraudster Tribert Rujugiro and the Ugandan regime.

As he continues to fake his credentials posing as a human right activists, economist or even militarily analyst, he should note that his online terrorism is well recorded. He will not silence Rwandans from debunking him and refuting his Ugandan regime sponsored propaganda. He will find out that his Genocide denialism is also rebuked, and his affiliation with terrorist militias exposed.

The world would have to be upside down for his propaganda and provocations to be unanswered.

In his satire, he writes a fictitious letter canceling the Commonwealth Head of Government Summit in Kigali. Since he enjoys laughing and satire on global worries, perhaps he will enjoy some satire that targets his most sensitive secret.

Life has not been fair to us, yesterday I was taken to quarantine by force by health officials. They suspect I have COVID19, a virus that has spread everywhere here in Canada. Last week, I was joking about it saying that the Commonwealth meeting will be canceled in Kigali but now I have it.

I cannot believe that I now have two viruses living in my old body, it is so unfair. I know how I got my first virus in Nyamirambo; don’t worry, I forgive you for infecting me with it, at least we had fun. But this second virus, COVID19, is really not fair; they suspect I got it from a handshake with Rujugiro, my paymaster. I guess shaking hands with the devil comes with a price to pay.

COVID19 is going to finish RNC, if Rujugiro has it, he will infect Museveni, our Chief Terrorist Officer Kayumba Nyamwasa, and our entire Uganda Province team. It is really going to finish us especially since we like seating in fake meetings planning and discussing nothing.

With both viruses, my chances of survival are very low, all I want now is a huge joint of w**d but they will not allow me to smoke in quarantine. I just hope COVID19 gets to Africa and Rwanda in particular. I don’t think it is fair for me to get this nasty virus alone.

“Our attack was orchestrated with the planning & assistance of Muzeh Philemon Mateke”, repatriated RUD militia reveals

Ignace Nkaka, best known as La Forge Fils Bazeye, and Lt Col Jean-Pierre Nsekanabo, Former FDLR spokesperson and Head of the Intelligence respectively, were arrested in December 2018 by DR Congo authorities, at the Uganda – DR Congo border in Bunagana as they returned from Uganda. Upon extradition to Rwanda by the DR Congo Government, the two were held in custody in Rwanda, where they made damning revelations that exposed the depth of Uganda’s involvement in the protracted scheme of destabilizing Rwanda.

It turned out that before their arrest, the FDLR duo had been to Uganda at the invitation of the Ugandan leadership to discuss and agree on a collaboration pact, where Uganda would provide all necessary facilitation for FDLR, RNC, FNL and RUD-Urunana terror groups to carry out armed attacks on Rwandan people and public installations. The meeting was held on 15, December 2018 at Serena Hotel Kampala. Their designated contact person was 76 year-old Philemon Mateke, Uganda’s state minister for regional cooperation.

Museveni’s choice of Philemon Mateke as the coordinator of the anti-Rwanda destabilization plan was not a coincidence. According to those who know him, Mateke is motivated by a deep-seated anti-Tutsi ideology. Mateke’s boss Museveni based on this to appoint him to his cabinet, as the minister in charge of regional cooperation. In reality, ‘regional cooperation’ was Museveni’s subtle camouflage for the docket of coordinating the Rwanda destabilization project. It’s a very striking irony that a minister of the government of Uganda charged with regional cooperation and diplomacy is working precisely to blow up the region. Mateke’s appointment was part of Museveni’s longstanding ambitions of “regime change in Kigali”, which saw him covertly work with disgraced Rwandan officials like Kayumba Nyamwasa and Patrick Karegeya.

Upon appointment, Mateke hit the ground running. In spite of vehement denials and diversionary statements, the Ugandan Minister of ‘regional cooperation’ is accused of being behind the October attacks by armed groups in Musanze and Burera districts in Northern Province on the night of 3rd leading to 4th October 2019. Selemani Kabayija, who was the deputy commander of the Kinigi attack before he was captured by the Rwandan army, stated that Mateke was actively involved in the planning of the deadly armed onslaught that killed and injured many. In his statement, Kabayija said that during the attack, Nshimiye, alias Gavana who was the overall commander of the RUD-Urunana attack was on the phone and that they kept updating each other as the attackers entered Rwanda.

Yesterday, Tuesday March 10, Ignace Nkaka and Jean-Pierre Nsekanabo appeared before the High Court Chamber for International Crimes, in Nyanza, where the prosecutor mentioned their seven charges during the opening of the substantive hearing.

Considering the overwhelming evidence pointing towards Mateke as a culpable accomplice of the two in their subversive activities as well as the pivotal role he played in the Kinigi attack, the Government of Uganda should be compelled to extradite Mateke to Rwanda to undergo trial for their subversion alongside his disciples. This should not be difficult now that there is an extradition which constitutes a legal framework by which to handle individuals involved in subversive acts practiced by the nationals of one state against those of the other; or by the nationals of one’s country residing in the territory of the other.

In Rwanda’s outlined seven demands include one that calls on Uganda to hold accountable facilitators of RNC and RUD-Urunana networks, including Minister of State Philemon Mateke, Brig Gen Abel Kandiho, Brig Gen Fred Karara, Col CK Asiimwe, Maj Fred Mushambo, Col Kaka Bagyenda and other government officials involved in the same activities;

Other individuals that should be prepared for extradition are Terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa’s terror group (RNC) agents; Prossy Bonabaana, Sulah Nuwamanya, Gideon Rukundo Rugali and all RNC Uganda Province members. In the previous Quadripartite summit that took place at Gatuna-Katuna border, Museveni was asked to take action against these individuals but is yet to act as per the communiqué.

Facts show that so far, no known Rwandan official, whether civilian or military has engaged in offences against Uganda..
