The situation in Azad Kashmir is heartbreaking. According to local reports and people on the ground, civilians are facing extreme violence, with a complete communication blackout over the past 48 hours. Reports claim that more than 70 people have been killed and thousands injured, while many of the wounded are unable to reach hospitals due to restrictions and ongoing insecurity.

Families are struggling without access to food, medicine, or urgent medical care. Many injured people are reportedly dying in their homes because they cannot receive treatment. Every passing minute brings more grief, as loved ones carry the bodies of those they have lost on their shoulders.

If these reports are accurate, the world cannot afford to remain silent. An immediate end to the violence, unrestricted humanitarian access, and an independent international investigation are urgently needed to protect innocent civilians.
