Currently, Ali serves as Area Reservations Manager at Jannah Hotels + Resorts, where he leads multi-property reservations across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, he plays a key part in driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and supporting successful hotel openings.

Before joining Jannah Hotels + Resorts, Ali held leadership roles at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, supporting cluster operations and improving revenue results. Each step added depth to his understanding of linen, uniform, valet, and full laundry operations, while shaping his people-first approach to leadership.
