Job Title: Brand Designer (Senior โ Art Director Level)
* This role is evaluated based on global branding standards.

โข Hours: Full Time โ 8 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week
โข Contract: Annual Contract (12 Months, Renewable, Probation Period: 3 Months).

- Define and lead brand visual direction, building complete brand identity systems including logos, color systems, typography, patterns, and key visuals.
- Design scalable brand identities that work across digital, print, and real-world applications while maintaining conceptual clarity and visual consistency.
- Translate brand positioning and strategic thinking into clear, distinctive visual systems rather than isolated design elements.
- Establish and maintain visual consistency through structured grid systems, layout logic, and well-documented brand guidelines.
- Build comprehensive brand guidelines covering logo usage, color systems, typography, layouts, and overall visual language.
- Prepare, curate, and present high-quality brand showcases on platforms such as Behance and brand decks, with strong focus on storytelling, rationale, and ex*****on quality.
- Review and oversee visual outputs to ensure all brand applications meet global branding and design standards.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and ex*****on teams to ensure visual alignment across all brand touchpoints.
- Adapt brand systems for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations, while preserving the core visual identity..
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ / Must-๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically in brand identity and branding design โ not general graphic design.
- Experience must include building complete brand identity systems, not isolated visual assets.
- Strong ability to create and evaluate logos of different types (typographic, symbolic, conceptual, and system-based).
- Advanced understanding of color systems, color logic, contrast, and hierarchy โ beyond basic palette creation.
- High-level typography skills, including font selection strategy, hierarchy, spacing, and kerning.
- Solid experience in building brand guidelines and scalable visual systems from scratch.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, system design, and presentation quality.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process to explore, test, and enhance visual directions..
