Today we are very happy to share the appointment of Abdulrahman Hareri as Human Resources Consultant at InterContinental The Red Sea Resort.
Abdulrahman is one of the 100 Powerful HR Leader in Ksa and he is the kind of leader who reminds us that hospitality is not only about beautiful places and great service - it’s about people. About how they are welcomed, supported, developed, and inspired to show up at their best every day.
Throughout his journey with organizations such as Crowne Plaza Jeddah - IHG, Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, WARIFAT Hospitality, Grand Makkah Hotel, Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel, and Abdul Latif Jameel, Abdulrahman has built a reputation for creating workplaces where trust grows, teams feel valued, and performance follows naturally.
At Crowne Plaza Jeddah - IHG, his impact was deeply felt. By focusing on people, listening carefully, and putting thoughtful systems in place, he helped shape a culture where colleagues felt engaged, supported, and committed - proving that when you invest in people, everything else becomes stronger.
Now his story continues at InterContinental The Red Sea Resort - a place that feels like a story in itself. A five-star oasis of barefoot luxury on Shura Island, surrounded by lagoons, mangroves, and reef-inspired landscapes. Home to 178 elegant rooms, 32 suites, five restaurants and bars, a spa, and spaces designed for both connection and calm, the resort is where nature, design, and hospitality meet.
Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from King Abdulaziz University and a High Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Saudi Japanese Institute, Licensed Practitioner Certificate & Freelancing Practitioner by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (KSA), making him a registered Management Consultant.
This unique blend of human understanding and operational thinking allows him to approach challenges with both heart and structure.
What truly defines Abdulrahman’s leadership is his belief that great hospitality starts long before the guest arrives. It starts behind the scenes - in how leaders care for their teams, how growth is encouraged, and how people are empowered to succeed. He is known for building environments where colleagues feel respected, heard, and motivated to give their very best.
We’re excited to see the positive impact he will bring to InterContinental The Red Sea Resort.
Hospitality Web wishing you every success, Abdulrahman and thank you for continuing to lead with purpose.
