بخبرة تمتد لأكثر من عقد ونصف في التعليم، وأكثر من عقد في القيادة الأكاديمية، يقود الدكتور صلاح الصمادي مسيرة تطوير المحتوى التعليمي والابتكار الأكاديمي في المنطقة.

حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه في القياس والتقويم، ومدرّب دولي معتمد من اتحاد المدربين العرب، ومتخصص في مبيعات المحتوى الأكاديمي وإدارة سلاسل الإنتاج التعليمية.
يشغل الدكتور الصمادي منصب شريك مؤسس، مدير تنفيذي، ونائب المدير العام في DOME للنشر والتوزيع، كما يدير مبيعات EQLEED في المملكة العربية السعودية.

With over 15 years of experience in education and more than a decade in academic leadership, Salah Smadi plays a key role in advancing educational content and driving innovation across the region.

He holds a PhD in Measurement and Evaluation, is an internationally certified trainer by the Arab Trainers Union, and specializes in academic content sales and educational production pipeline management.

Dr. Al-Smadi is a Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Deputy General Manager at DOME Publishing Distribution Solutions and also leads Eqleed learning publishing & distribution sales operations in Saudi Arabia.
