1. Spar to improve, not to win.
This is training, not a fight.
2. Control your power.
50–70% for technical rounds. No ego, no knockouts.
3. Safety first.
Mouthguard and proper gear are mandatory.
4. Respect your partner.
Stop when told. No cheap shots. No humiliation.
5. Have a purpose.
Every round must focus on a specific skill.
6. Leave your ego outside.
Emotional fighters don’t grow.
