BMOBILE Solomon Islands has stepped forward once again to support the Kwai Beach Games, officially handing over a range of merchandise to the Local Organising Committee (LOC) on Tuesday 2 December 2025.
The annual community sporting event is scheduled to kick off on 22 December on Kwai Island, East Malaita.
It will also coincide with the grand opening of the new Kwai Community Hall on 26 December 2025.
Speaking during the handover, Bmobile Solomon Islands Sales and Marketing Manager, Wilton Varia said, the company is proud to back community-driven initiatives such as the Kwai Beach Games.
โWe are keen to assist such a community event, and this is not the first time we have supported the games,โ Varia said.
โBmobile was also a sponsor in the 2022 games, and we are pleased to continue that partnership with the Kwai community.โ
Receiving the items on behalf of the Local Organising Committee (LOC), committee member Jones Bokosina expressed gratitude to Bmobile for being the first business house to respond to their appeal for assistance.
โWe sincerely thank Bmobile for supporting the games once again and for being the first to come forward,โ Bokosina said.
โTheir support boosts our preparations, and we look forward to receiving positive feedback from other business houses in Honiara and Auki before the games kick off on December 22.โ

The Kwai Beach Games 2025 will run for six days, featuring competitions in beach soccer, volleyball, canoe Race, and various family-friendly community activities, culminating in the historic opening of the new community hall.
Kwai Island, known for its stunning white sandy beaches and vibrant sporting culture, has long been recognised as one of the strongholds of Solomon Islands beach soccer.
The island has produced some of the most talented players who have gone on to represent the country in the Bilikiki national beach soccer team, earning national pride and international respect.
