🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate in Accounting and Finance.
Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience.
Previous experience at the provincial government level is desirable.
Good understanding of:
Provincial budgeting systems
Provincial financial reporting
MYOB Accounting Software
Payroll administration, NPF & PAYE
High integrity, strong analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Process fortnightly salaries and wages.
Administer NPF, PAYE, salary advances and payroll deductions.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate MYOB records.
Reconcile petty cash, imprests and staff advances.
Prepare payroll reports and budget analysis.
Ensure compliance with Provincial Financial Management procedures.
