The world is in lockdown due to the corona virus. what a wonderful opportunity to practice and perfect your being. what a wonderful opportunity to get to know and love your family again. what a wonderful opportunity to exercise restraint and compassion. what a wonderful opportunity to display your altruism.

We have 2 sides to us, a side based on love, that is kind is understanding non judgemental has faith, and is forgiving and we have another side. A side that is based on fear, will hoard, a side that will exploit constrict and be selfish.

It is a time to compose your cool and feed the side of love.

Good and Evil are not exact opposites. Good is a physical thing, that produces a positive effect it creates, and Evil is the absence of good as it negates and takes away and removes. Therefore good acts and gestures is the way to vanquish evil.

To communicate effectively and to be received well we must learn the language of people. 'The language of people' is the words we choose and the way in which we communicate them in order for them to receive the message in a positive way.

it takes time observation and practice to be able to mean what we say and say what we mean so if you are wrongly interpreted, forgive yourself, and learn and arone. Likewise if you interpret someone else incorrectly forgive yourself learn and atone.
