Lagos ဆိုတဲ့မြို့လေးက ပေါ်တူဂီနိုင်ငံတောင်ပိုင်း Algarve region မှာရှိတဲ့မြို့လေးပါ။ သူကတော့ ကျောက်တုန်း နံရံတွေနဲ့ ပြုလုပ်ထားတဲ့ မြို့ဟောင်းလေးဖြစ်ပြီး ၊ ကမ်းခြေမြို့ လေးပါ။ဒီနေါတော့စာရေးသူနဲ့ သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်သိုက် က အဲ့ဒီမြို့လေးက ကမ်းခြေမှာတနေကုန်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ် ။

Lagos is a small town located in the southern Algarve region of Portugal. It’s an old town built with stone walls and is also a charming coastal city. Today, me and a group of friends spent the whole day relaxing at the beach in this beautiful town.

၈၈၈၈ ရက်နေ့မှာ ဗြိတိသျှလန်ဒန်မြို့က မြန်မာသံရုံးရှေ့မှာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဆန္ဒပြကြပြီး စစ်တပ်အာဏာရှင်ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ ဒီနေ့ဟာ ၁၉၈၈ ခုနှစ် အနာဂတ်မဲ့ခဲ့တဲ့ ၈-၈-၈၈ ဖန်တီးခဲ့တဲ့ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ ရက်တစ်ရက်ပါ။ ယနေ့ ဆန္ဒပြပွဲက မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့ လွတ်လပ်ရေးရဲ့ စိတ်ဓာတ်က အားပြင်းထန်နေဆဲဖြစ် ပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာမှာလည်း အကြမ်းဖက်မှုကို တွန်းလှန်နေဦးမှာဖြစ်ကြောင်းပြ သခဲ့တာပါ။

On 8th August, hundreds of Burmese people gathered at the Burmese Embassy in London to peacefully protest against the military junta that continues to oppress our homeland. This date holds deep significance — it marks the tragic events of 8-8-88, when thousands of brave souls stood up for democracy and were met with brutal violence.

Today’s protest was a powerful reminder that the spirit of resistance and hope in Burma remains alive across the world. We honor the courage of those who sacrificed everything in 1988 and stand united with those still fighting for freedom, justice, and human rights.

Yesterday at Parliament Square, London, we were joined by May Myat Noe — Burmese actress, fashion model, and outspoken democracy activist — in protest against Myanmar’s military junta.

This moment carried deep meaning for the Burmese community. On 8 August 1988 — now remembered as the 8888 Uprising — hundreds of thousands in Myanmar took to the streets to demand democracy. Students, monks, workers, and ordinary citizens marched together, only to face a brutal military crackdown that claimed thousands of lives.

Nearly 37 years later, the fight is not over. The 2021 military coup reignited our struggle, and the voices of the diaspora remain strong — from Yangon to London.

Freedom for Myanmar is non-negotiable. ✊🇲🇲

ဖြစ်ပုံ က ဒီလို ၊ Gimbal ကချိန်ထားရင် Lens ရော ၊ ကင်မရာ ရော ဘာမှ ရွေ့လို့ မရဘူး။ ပြောင်းလိုက်ပြီဆို အစအဆုံးပြန်ချိန်ရတယ်။ အဲ့မှာ မဖြူက လမ်းခွဲ ဆို ဖို့ စကားပြောနေတုန်း ကင်မရာမှာ ဘက်ထရီကုန်သွားတော့ ကိုယ့်မှာပြသနာတက် ။ကင်မရာ ဘက်ထရီ Tray က လည်းအောက်မှာ..ချွတ်ပြီးမှ ထုတ်လို့ရတယ်။ အဲ့တော့ ကိုယ့်မှာ Battery ထုတ်၊ အစအဆုံးပြန်ချိန် ။ လွတ်သွားမှာ လည်းကြောက်တော့ Panic ကဖြစ်။ ဒါတောင် ပွဲအတွေ့အကြုံ အတော်ရှိပေလို့ ...မဟုတ် ရင်မလွယ်ဘူး...အယ်လယ်.....
