So I have a question for all of you, who enjoy my video content!

Should I explore and use the AI tool Notebooklm for content?

Here is the scenario:
I can take any of my existing manuscripts and have a 2 person podcast created from it in minutes.
I have tested it and it sounds surprisingly authentic, like 2 people actually doing a podcast.

The reason I am considering it, is that it allows me to repurpose existing manuscripts, for those who don't want or need to see a video.
Yeah, I know ... how will this work for a walkthrough video? Maybe it will not, but I could at least give it a go.

The downside is that while it's my manuscript, it will not have the tone of my manuscript.

So what do you think?

Wir freuen uns, bekanntgeben zu dürfen, dass der Freundeskreis U 995 einen finanzkräftigen Spender gefunden hat.
Mit Hilfe einer großen Geldspende werden wir zukünftig in der Lage sein, mit einem renommierten deutschen Motorenhersteller zusammen einen der Dieselmotoren aus U 995 auszubauen, ihn generalüberholen zu lassen und im lauffähigen Zustand wieder einzubauen.
Der Diesel wird dann zu besonderen Anlässen laufen und dem Boot zusätzliche Authentizität verleihen.

Da das Boot an das örtliche Stromnetz angeschlossen ist, soll zudem der Diesel bei Unwetterlagen oder anderen Ausfällen als Notstromaggregat für das Technische Museum U 995 und das Marine-Ehrenmal Laboe und daran angeschlossen das Restaurant Heimathafen im Scheerhaus benutzt werden können.

Aufgrund der hohen Betriebskosten nimmt die Marinekameradschaft Freundeskreis U 995 gerne Sachspenden in Form von Dieselkraftstoff sowie gängigen Motorenschmiermitteln in handelsgebräuchlichen Gefäßen entgegen.

Nächste Woche beginnen die Überprüfungen, welcher der beiden Motoren in besserem Zustand ist und sich besser zur Instandsetzung eignet.

1 year ago I visited Bremerhaven to record video material for my walkthrough video of the Wilhelm Bauer. The video went live at the end of June and has passed 270.000 views! That makes it the best performing video I have ever made.

Adding to this, the team I met at the museum was the best 😊

Besides creating content for Youtube, I also enjoy a seat on the board of a Danish submarine organization. Last week we enjoyed a free roam on Fregatten Peder Skram, followed by good food and stories from peoples service on submarines in Denmark :)

Who can spot the device used to track a submarine?
Hint : Its also used in the Destroyer PC game ;)
