SAYP brings together young professionals from the Eastern Partnership region to build skills, exchange ideas, and drive real impact.
✅ You can apply if you:
▪️ Are a citizen or resident of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Ukraine
▪️ Are 25–40 years old (born 1985–2000)
▪️ Have at least three years of higher education
▪️ Speak and write English fluently
▪️ Work in civil society, public service, policymaking, or the private sector (from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia we can only receive participants from civil society)
▪️ Have the ambition and mandate to drive change in your organization and country
▪️ Have a profile relevant to the thematic module you choose
